And all they had to do was unfreeze their accounts....Or maybe why did they have cash or where did they get it from....1.8 Bil is a lot of money to carry around.

Either way, Obama was destroying America at its roots into a one world government. This is why the Dems are fighting so hard to keep what they have. He could set them back 100 years and I don;t really think they will let him.... They did not Kennedy and He was one of theirs.

....eh, President Obama was destroying America by implementing a deal with Iran to limit production of nuclear material? Or maybe you are against any international agreement that constrains a nation's power.

Trump proves the Ambassador to be completely right on a daily basis. He publicly bashes American politicians, the leaders of other cities & countries, private citizens, you name it. He's perpetually sniveling about some slight & being belligerent, derogatory towards others, all out in the total open. But he cannot tolerate any form of criticism even when it's done with discretion. It's pathetic.

At the time there were 17 good reasons why this deals should not have even started. One, it did not limit the production of balistic missles.....plus dealing with a terrorist nation is a no-no.,

You aren't making a valid comparison there. Other heads of state have said worse than this guy and many private citizens too, but an ambassador needs to hold to certain standards. This man was foolish enough to compromise his position. The fact that he turned in his resignation, whether under duress or not, shows it to be so.

I wasn't making the comparison you think I was. I certainly would never compare Donald Trump's diplomatic skills to any diplomat, any more than I'd compare a butcher to a neurosurgeon. Amb. Darroch was not foolish and did not compromise his position whatsoever. The leaker did.

Theresa May, Jeremy Hunt and other senior British officials have defended Amb. Darroch. Hunt, who is a candidate to be the next PM, stressed how crucially important it is for diplomats around the world to be able to give frank assessments. My point was that Trump's own perpetual lack of even the most rudimentary form of diplomacy, his constant unpatriotic attacks on his own colleagues, and never-ending list of other actions prove Darroch's assessment that Trump is inept, insecure, and incompetent to be spot-on. It's important to stress that Darroch was making an assessment that is crucial to how diplomatic relations with him should be handled. If you think other ambassadors around the world haven't done the exact same, that's naive. And no, his resignation doesn't indicate any failure on his part, it shows total failure on Trump's part that he is so insecure, inept & incompetent in his job that he couldn't simply move forward with the duties of his own job. Instead, Trump made it clear that his ego was bruised & the resignation was demanded as a way of his boo boo being kissed.

Naaa. I did understand you correctly and that follow-up clarification of yours confirms it.

While the leaker is not innocent, no ambassador worth his salt would say what this one said in the presence of anyone who might leak it. That's part of what being an ambassador requires.
