Favorite Hymns

What are everyone's favorite hymns (or songs in general)? Do you like them because of the music, the text, or both? Please post the text.

I like 'How Great Thou Art.' I'd have to say that it's my favorite. The words are amazingly poetic and powerful, and it has wonderful, reverent music to accompany it.

O Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds thy hands have made
I see the stars; I hear the rolling thunder
Thy power throughout the universe displayed
