You don´t seem to know what is required for an argument.
On the way from your observations to your conclusion there is at least one missing link - either because you forgot to mention it or because it isn´t there.

The liver is a large, meaty organ that sits on the right side of the belly. Weighing about 3 pounds, the liver is reddish-brown in color and feels rubbery to the touch. The liver's main job is to filter the blood coming from the digestive tract, before passing it to the rest of the body. The liver also detoxifies chemicals and metabolizes drugs. As it does so, the liver secretes bile that ends up back in the intestines. Ten functions of the liver....
1. Liver enzymes and oxygen burn toxins. The result is combined with amino acids so the burned toxins can be removed through bile or as urine.

Mass (m) = Energy (E/c2)
And there are three varieties...
Natural E/c2 - All mass is basically cooled plasma
Mental E/c2 - Our brains output is a result of E/c2
Spiritual E/c2 - E (motivation, warmth, love) / c2 (faith, hope, charity, joy)
From the eternal energy and light we came forth, as the creator willed it

God is going to change all mass back into the plasma energy from whence it was forged... And he will do something else with it!

The complexity of living interactions make this an amazing oversimplification.
If you can't fathom how to get from simple rules and structures to evolutionary biology and complex structures like multi-cellular organisms I get it, you lack some bit of the imagination required, or you're too invested in some religion.
Regardless, the "explanation" of intelligent designers doesn't actually leave us with more information than we had before. It doesn't give us more predictive power in the universe.

E (energy of resting mass) is already in the formula it equals MC2
The formula E/C2 = M (mass)
E = MC2 is the formula for energy of a given mass at rest.
Brains don't put out energy, they are physical processes powered by metabolic chemical reactions.
If you're going to go full pseudoscience, at least learn the science you're loosely plagiarizing.

As energy is measured by heat measurements and light by lumens, so the character is measured by the warmth and light it emits, translating into conduct.
The opposites....
Absolute Zero and Darkness - Nothing - Outer Space
Naturally - Space - No weight
Mentally - No thought
Spiritually - Cold (laziness, coldness, hatred) Darkness (fear, depression, greed, sorrow)
There are people in this world who are very intelligent and beautiful to look on, but they have no character and are cold, dark, voids spiritually.

I had bought Google at its IPO very cheap and sold it at a good profit. But, had I held onto it I would be a very rich man. Big lesson... Never sell a good stock until well after those trumpets have sounded! Now that’s the kind of foolishness I try to avoid!

We are made up of tens of trillions of cells. I would encourage all who have read this thread to know your own body and take care of it. Especially taking care of the digestion system... Stomach, intestines, liver, kidneys, and etc. Your body is unique and needs you to pay attention to what it is telling you!

I have tried to prove the effects of light and energy as a created virtue on this planet.
Natural E/c2 - All mass is basically cooled plasma

There are incorrect spiritual attributes that are not of the true source.
When we had a plating department in our facility I worked under a chemist. This chemist was very smart and very good at math. When he laid out equations he did so in very neat handwriting and there would be much activity as he turned the results of an analysis into an addition. I would take his calculations and put them in the form of visual basic functions and sub procedures.
Our chemist also wanted a wonderful fellowship and spirituality (as I have tried to explain it) to exist in the lab. As we had a difficult environment trying to plate with lead using all kinds of chemicals, including cyanide, which was also difficult to treat for waste water, it was important to him that we all get along. A chemist also was in the business of trying to solve the problem, “what is this?”
Of all the years I worked with this man I had one opportunity to witness to him. I made my presentation while he was analyzing adhesion under a microscope in which you could hear the sounds... Scratch, scratch, scratch! Scratch scratch, scratch! After my presentation he just continued to look under the microscope as if ignored everything I said so I just continued in my work. Then... The scratch scratch, scratching stopped! And he speaks!
"You know what I think it is?" He says while continuing to look under the microscope... "I think it is arrogance!"
And then, without taking his eyes off the microscope, he continues his work... Scratch, scratch, scratch! Scratch scratch, scratch! I did not reply but went about my work. Inside I feared he was right. The ego is not true light and it is bad news for any organization.
In dealing with atheists I find a terrible spiritual motive. All I can do is present my beliefs as best as I can spiritually, naturally, and intellectually.... Do the best I can.... And take what’s coming to me. But as the scripture says....

E Joule is a unit measuring heat
C2 is the speed of light squared
Fission - When you dis-associate, or split, the atom you get energy and light (E/c2)
Fusion- When you associate, or fuse, energy and light (E/c2) back into the atom you get massive amounts of energy and light (E/c2).
In that c2 is in the denominator much energy is released during the process, leading St Peter to say....

Joules measure heat, energy and work.
When you associate or disassociate matter in fission or fusion you get an amount of energy in joules determined by the mass, or potential energy you lost in the process times the speed of light squared, which gets converted into energy, heat, work.
You get E in joules determined by (Mc2) the amount of mass equivalence you lose in the process, multiplied by the constant the speed of light squared. Much more energy per unit mass. You don't get "the speed of light" out of it, that is a constant that allows you to predict how much energy there is per unit mass.
No, it's the conversion factor, and it belongs multiplied by the mass to give the energy in this equation.
Much more energy per unit mass than the other way around.
E = Mc2 The constant c2 (the speed of light squared) is the ratio E/M energy per unit of mass.
The constant c squared doesn't belong to either category (energy or mass) it is the conversion factor between.

Behold the result of turning mass to E/C2 and the E/C2 back to mass... What you see is the incredible light and energy that went into the atom to begin with. In that the speed of light squared is a huge number in the denominator that defines the energy within mass indicates the great energy that exists within creation.
