Depends on what you mean by inspired since practically everyone here on CF has a different idea of what the word inspired means. If your definition of inspired is that God took over someone's body and channeled all the words into them and moved the hand to put them down on a page in some exact way (and bonus if they were written in King James English), then no, I don't believe that the bible was inspired in that way.
If you mean inspired in the sense that the writers were their own persons and remained as such, had their own unique thoughts, gifts, and ideas within their particular cultural contexts, and yet were prompted by the Holy Spirit to proclaim a message of the good news of salvation that occurs throughout scripture from Genesis to Revelation, then yes, I would go along with that one.
The word "holy" simply means set apart, so I have no arguments there. God sets apart both people and things for his purposes.
When it comes to living though, words on a page are not alive. It is God himself, the *person* of Christ who is the living Word, and it is the *person* that we can see through the words on the page, but the words on the page can in no way represent the entirety of that person. The Word is also not limited to showing glimpses of himself through words on a page, but also when we are deep in prayer, when we listen for his Voice, other spiritual disciplines that help draw us closer to him, and through all of his creation that he proclaimed to be good. "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork." (Psalm 19:1)
