Yeah, that's odd. On the state level, forfeiture is a totally separate civil suit. Could not and would not be included in a criminal indictment. And agreed, the law is draconian, antiquated and stupid.

I don't think we even need to go that far, one must wonder the level of spin that people will resort to by trying to make the subject about Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, anybody that is not Alexander Acosta and the man that is still keeping him employed, the current president. They really think that the answer to a child trafficking story is to deflect and point fingers at other people besides the responsible party. It's truly sick, unsurprising, but truly sick.

Maybe not. When they raided his house they found CDs/DVDs with the names and crimes labelled for them all nice and neat. I don't care what side of the political aisle these people are, it'll be nice to see the sickos get what they deserve.

If I were Epstein, I would have most of the good stuff stashed off-site in a place that isn't associated with me. That would be my 'bargaining chip' when I was arrested. Most likely the stuff in the house was just stuff he needed to have immediate access to.
