If it were me ...
I would seek out someone with a long history of dealing with such things.
It is possible for a demonic influence to try to convince a person they have been delivered so they will lower their guard (especially if they can make them think the person is somehow specially powerful or able to combat demons on his own - that's a very dangerous delusion).
It is also VERY possible to be literally delivered, but then without properly "filling the house" with something opposing to demons, we can end up with more demonic trouble than we started with.
Whether you've been delivered, or not - either way some skilled help is in order.
And I don't want to offend others here. God of course works where He will, and it is His desire that people are saved, delivered, and come to know Him. But some contemporary groups of people have become enthusiastic about what they have learned, but without centuries of knowledge of demons, and with their focus being so intently on demons can sometimes not be the best place for deliverance. Truly, if it were me, I would seek out help from someone at least connected to the history of dealing with demons that stretches with a monastic tradition through the early desert fathers and back to the Apostles. Being Orthodox, I myself would suggest an EO priest, but the Oriental Orthodox and the Catholics have their roots there as well, and knowledge of the centuries. Again, I don't wish to offend, but I would go there rather than those who have re-entered the arena only about a century or so ago (or less).
But any way you go, I would certainly encourage you to seek more help. And don't be offended if they seek to rule out other causes as well - the responsible thing to do is to find the real source(s) of your problem - even if that means examining every possible scenario - and then progressing to protect you spiritually.
Prayers for you. And God be with you.
