Since I saw these verses a long time ago:
Matthew 6: 8: for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. "
And Jeremiah 17:10. "I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds."

I don t pray because i think it's stupid, if God already knows what it´s going on my mind, what's its happening to me, so i dont need to communicate to him. Today I realize that stuck me a lot.

Anyone who can help me to lead with that verses that runs on my mind and stops to me to pray?

Prayer is fellowship with the Heavenly Father. Would you never speak to your birth father?
I always depends of the Holy Spirit to guide me. Only when i need to express my feelings to him i pray. At problems no, so i lost in problems and in a big problem now that i have.

JustRachel is right, though, that Our Lord spoke specifically about us approaching the FATHER with our prayers.

Yes, the Father knows what you need before you ask, Jesus even said so. However you must realize that there are others that hear these prayers, heavenly beings and they observe. They 'hear' your requests and watch the Father work.

The bible tells us "pray that you enter not into temptation, for the Spirit is willing but the flesh weak". This verse shows us that when we pray that God strengthens us against our fleshly earthly desires. In order to maintain a strong faith we need to be consistently praying.

Another interesting scripture comes from the life of Moses, in one of Israels battles while Moses had his hands raised in prayer Israel triumphed, when he got tired and lowered his hands Israel began to lose. This is a picture of prayer, while we pray, lifting our heats and hands to God, victory will be gained for us and those around us, if we lower our prayer stance we, and others will lose.

Yet Jesus asked us to pray and taught us how to pray. Jesus prayed too. Isn’t it wonderful to know that God wants us to talk with Him and tell Him our needs?

James 4:2 ...You do not have, because you do not ask.

I really do feel you are taking Matt 6:8 out of context. It's Talking about worrying about and striving for things not prayer.
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Some of the ways of seeking the kingdom is prayer praise thanks giving and reading the bible. This gives us the holy spirit that gives us wisdom.
I can get you a lot of scriptures telling us to pray. That's why you should not just read one verse and get hung up on it. Prayer is a very big subject and there are a lot of different aspects about it and you have to understand a lot verses on prayer to understand it. I can give you examples if you want ?
Here's matt 6 in context. You should read it carefully.
Do Not Worry
Matt 6 niv
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[e]?

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

God bless

Specifically in matt 6: 8 the context is babbling mindlessly and praying in public to get recognition and being prideful. Then Jesus gives an example of a effective prayers so he does want us to pray.

You brought up a great topic and there are some good answers from other posters. Here are some additional things you might consider that are related to your question.
Philippians 4:6 (KJV)
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-20 (KJV)
16 Rejoice evermore. 17 Pray without ceasing. 18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 19 Quench not the Spirit. 20 Despise not prophesyings.
Though God knows, prayer is extremely important. Confessing or proclaiming the word of God also should be considered. God spoke in the creation. Jesus spoke in commanding the sea. By our mouth we confess Jesus is Lord. What we say and pray is extremely important.
