Since I saw these verses a long time ago:
Matthew 6: 8: for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. "
And Jeremiah 17:10. "I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds."

I don t pray because I think it's stupid, if God already knows what it´s going on my mind, what's its happening to me, so i dont need to communicate to him. Today I realize that stuck me a lot.

Anyone who can help me to lead with that verses that runs on my mind and stops to me to pray?

Jesus says that men ought always pray ... Luke 18:1

Paul says that we should "pray without ceasing".

We don't just pray for ourselves, ... but for others and their needs, as well. We also pray for the coming of God's kingdom.

Prayer helps us, more than anything else, to stay intimate with God and attuned to His will.

For me prayer is a sounding board where thoughts and alternatives come to mind that weren’t present before. If I don’t pray I remain stuck. If I don’t give thanks pride creeps in. Same as with praise. But I understand what your saying about Him knowing every thought. Being aware of that and responding to that awareness is what I believe to be prayer without ceasing. Intense prayer is taking it another step. You may not know what your praying for but too often the burden isn’t shared with Him so He can share in the solutions.

I've learned over the years that prayer is not just about getting answers to our questions or our problems, it is fundamentally about developing our relationship with God.
Praying should be very simple, but it is often one of the hardest things to do. Spending quiet time with God is not easy, especially with all of the distractions around us such as noise and even our own thoughts!
I am one of those people who always seems to find it hard to get started in prayer. So I carry a Bible and lectionary and pray the daily office (morning, noon, evening and night prayer). For me its a good starting point, as there are passages from the psalms, Old and New Testament, Epistles, which give me a helpful starting point. It gets me reading parts of the Bible I'd otherwise miss and helps me to gain new insights. I'm always reminded that I am not praying alone, but joining in the prayers of thousands of people around the world and reading the scriptures as a community. I then move on from there to pray for the needs of others and my own, to thank God and praise Him for His greatness. I have a copy of the NRSV text with lectionary, as well as separate books and even a mobile app which I can use at all times and places.

I'd say He wants to see you pray. Just like He sees your heart and if you truly have faith and hope in Him. If there is no action, then the heart may be cold to Him. I mean I get what you're saying, He does see our thoughts and feelings. But He wants to see actions. Not like repetitive opens, but ones we truly do with an open heart because we want to do it.

I pray every night. If I don't feel my heart is in it then I don't pray. I don't want to pray if I am just saying words with no heart behind it.

Sometimes the best way to deepen a connection is not through specifics but with quality time. Talk to Him. Tell Him what’s on your mind. Share a concern or a silly thought.

The dialogue needn’t be serious or structured. What you’re doing is sharing yourself unscripted and uninhibited. Like you’d do with others.

I’ve used a variety of methods from praying scripture, lectio divina, conversation, and silence. Periods of stillness enable me to listen to Him in return.

By praying, we are putting our focus on Him. We"re acknowledging who He is and who He is to us, Our Father.

Sometimes I follow The Lord`s Prayer. Since He is holy, we ask for His forgiveness and need His help to forgive others. We ask for what we need. We want His kingdom to come and His will to be done here on earth. We declare His power and glory is forever.

At other times I pray; "Jesus, Jesus."

Also, praying Scripture.

Firstly, prayer isn't just talking to God, it's listening when he tries to talk to you.
What kind of relationship would you have with your parents/family/friends if you stopped talking to them and stopped listening when they wanted to talk to you? If you stopped talking to others, how long do you think it would be before they stopped trying to talk to you?
Yes, God knows everything about us; but we don't pray to keep him informed about what's going on. We pray because he tells us to, because he is our heavenly Father who wants his children to talk to him. We pray because we are told to pray for others - pray isn't just about us and telling God what we want him to do for us. We pray because when we come into his presence we become still for long enough to hear him talk to us, tell us his will, what he wants us to do/say etc.

Anyone who can help me to lead with that verses that runs on my mind and stops to me to pray?

Jesus wants us to pray and gave us a prayer to use/particular way of praying, Luke 11:1-4. He said "WHEN you pray ......", Matthew 6:6. Jesus, himself, was God, yet he still prayed and talked to his Father. If we are following Jesus' teachings and his example; we pray.

The devil doesn't want you to pray because that will help you to know God better, hear his voice, be guided by him, become stronger, filled with his Spirit and so on.
