I've been reading that gelatin, like actual Jello or Knox gelatin helps, with arthritis and makes stronger bones. This is supposedly because of the collagen. Unfortunately, most gelatin is sourced from pig skin.
I wonder if kosher gelatin which is made from fish like tilapia would have the same effect?
Any nutritionists/scientists who can help?
