And work your way up like Donald Trump who started out with nothing and is now really rich. He’s so rich he has to hide his taxes because nobody would believe how really rich he is.No, because higher taxes to pay for education, will simply make jobs even harder to find. India was a perfect example of this where they had an over abundance of highly educated people, with no jobs. They come out with debt-free degrees, and end up working low-income jobs. This is how you have people with engineering degrees, at tech-support call centers.
The solution for rural people, is not to give them free education, and have them stay in rural America working at Wendy's by the highway with a degree in architecture (based on a real story, where I worked at McDonald's with a lady with a 4-year degree in architecture, because she didn't want to work downtown where a job using her degree would be).
These people have only 3 options.
Move to where the jobs are.
Create your own business where you are.
Or simply accept that if you want to live a rural life, you are going to have rural wages.
I am entirely against us funding other people's bad choices. And honestly, it is a bad choice to stay living out in the country, if there are no jobs there. Why should me, or any other tax payer, be forced to pay for someone who is going to get a degree and not use it? Because the fact is, most people don't use their degrees.

Barely over 1/4th of all college grads, actually use their degree. Why should I be forced to pay for that?
Even the job I'm at now, we have people there with degrees and certifications, and education, that are doing low-skill work with me, someone without any degree or skills or certifications. They are not being paid more than me, because the job I'm in doesn't require any of those things.
Why should be forced to pay for their education, when they are not even using their education?
No, the Democrats are wrong. Terrible idea.
And don’t take out student loans.
