Of course, I do not personally know every person in the C.I.A. But to start off with, I would say a number of C.I.A. people are doing things like guarding doors and bringing mail around to workers and doing various types of desk jobs. The number who could be involved in trying to control people would be much fewer in number, than the more practical workers who are in the practical aspects of operations. There likely are different levels of security clearances, of who is trusted with what information and power and choice of what will be C.I.A. operational activities. And there are priorities > what projects are the greatest priority and which are more minor.
Now if I were a C.I.A. administrator who controlled the most highly trusted agents > what would I want to do if I found out that a certain person was truly reliable to get information and results psychically? Would I kill the person, or would we negotiate for the person to help us?

If you mean to kill a real psychic, no I do not think there is a program specifically developed for killing psychics.
For one thing . . . my opinion . . . there are no or very few people who know things supernaturally and readily and reliably prove this. Whether there are or not, we do not constantly, for one example, hear of certain people simply notifying the police of where to find a missing person or terrorist. And I am not aware of any reports of a psychic phoning the police and telling them exactly where to send police right while the evidence would be there, in order to grab someone getting ready to do a school or club or other mass murder.
And if this is not well known to be happening, it is because there are few or zero real psychics.
But it is claimed that there have been cases when someone has done psychic revealing of things which the person had no practical way of knowing. But how much the person did that . . . seems to be not much. And it could be rumor, of course . . . for all I know. So, if this is what is evident, why ever would I use my top agents and resources to detect and take out people who claim to be psychics but are not even clearly proven to be????
But there is a conspiracy to use the C.I.A. to keep people's attention away from God, right? Doesn't Satan's kingdom have various set-up things which demand and use up our attention away from God, if we allow this?? So, God's word says to make sure we are attentive to God and how He guides our attention.
