Will "our" heaven be the same as the Gods?

So after reading the Bible and Revelations specifically talks about the New Earth as being Heaven from where Gods eminence will shine on. If we will be in another physical realm like Adam with bodies where will God reside? Will there be another higher plane of existence where the Angelic host and God reside except this time being much closer to us? So Angels will also have take the form of Bodies or be visible to us. Does this require greater understanding from me?

Read the passage from the Apocalypse again,

"And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, 'Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.'" - Revelation 21:3

God is going to live with us on earth.

Revelation 21:3

I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.

We will be changed (at the 1st resurrection) and we will be like the angels, not the other way around.

Mark 12:25

For when they rise from the dead, they (humans) neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.

The Father will continue to be omnipresent and invisible. The Spirit will continue to be omnipresent (or maybe the Spirit is multi-present, being where believers are) and invisible.

The Son will continue to be the material image of the invisible Father and Spirit, existing materially in one place in space but having jurisdiction and cognizance over all the universe (as He could observe Nathaniel from miles away).

My theory is that we will be scattered all over the universe as stewards of creation.

You do understand, don't you, that Jesus is God?

Jesus said unto him, “Have I been so long a time with you, and yet hast thou not known Me, Philip? He that hath seen Me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, ‘Show us the Father’? -- John 14

Seeing the material Jesus is the answer of all "see God" verses.

Yes ... of course. Jesus while on earth was in the form of a man (in a mans body) and we did see the complete character of the Father in him as they are one.

1 John 3:2

Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is.

Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is.

We know what Jesus will be like then.

Now Thomas (also known as Didymus), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!”

But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”

Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”
-- John 20

"Look at my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. Touch me and see, because a ghost does not have flesh and bones as you can see I have.”

And as he said this, he showed them his hands and his feet. While they were still incredulous for joy and were amazed, he asked them, “Have you anything here to eat?”

They gave him a piece of baked fish;he took it and ate it in front of them.
-- Luke 24

After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
-- Acts 1

The Revelation speaks of the new Jerusalem coming out of heaven from God. This implies a distinction. However it also says that God will be with us. By mentioning the Almighty and the Lamb separately, there's a strong implication that he's referring to both Father and Son.

Possibly the idea is that God, while still residing separately in "heaven" is also fully present in the new Jerusalem. This is surely a possibility.

Jesus and God are the same like you said.

When Jesus was on earth He was in the form of a man. Verses you put forth were before He ascended (mount of transfiguration) He was still in the form of a man. The only thing we know about His physical appearance when we are resurrected and with Him, is that we don't know.

Why not? He lived in a tent in the desert after the exodus.
Consider the new Jerusalem as the new temple with
Jesus in the Holy place of that new tabernacle which must be passed to meet God and now can be also by us as the veil is torn. (John 14:6 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.) Where is God? In the new Kingdom. The Holy Place where as in the original there was bread and light, now also Jesus the bread and light. Also the incense alter where prayers are no longer made to God on behalf of the people but where Jesus directly intercedes for us as we approach the Throne. The outer court full of we who teach the gospel of the Kingdom as directed by Jesus 2000 years ago, those who seek to give up control and live under God's will, and for a short time before judgement for those who ignore the gospel of the Kingdom teaching a lesser gospel convenient to mankind.
Matthew 7: 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

I did not say they are the same. I said that Jesus is God. But they are not the same.
