Don't talk about it. If you can help it, don't read about it either. Try resting solely on prayer and reflection to let it pass. This is a time in the lives of some believers that can cause them to go a little crazy. Remember, He will never leave you nor forsake you. Talking to others about it and trying to get information demonstrates faithlessness in God and dependance on man. Work it out in the privacy of your own heart, in the sight of God.

Work out your salvation in the furnace of affliction, that fiery trial which hardens our faith into a precious jewel, adorned in the heavenlies.

And remember, if you're afraid you've done it, you probably haven't.

Those who feel responsible are repentant brother, like Peter. That's godly sorrow (2 Corinthians 7:10). Those that are overwhelmed with guilt to the point of self-judgment and suicide, like Judas, are beyond redemption because that is blasphemy against the Spirit. Judas refused to repent and accept God's forgiveness (Matthew 26:75, Matthew 27:3). Peace in Christ:).

A while back, I feared I might have committed the unforgivable sin. I still wonder if I did sometimes.
If you are concerned about it, I would say you have NOT committed it.

It is amazing how bad this has been taught in churches. The evidence for that is how many people believe they have committed the The Unpardonable Sin/blasphemy against the Spirit.

A sin that was only committed by the nation of Israel. Because they leaders rejected Jesus and His offer of The Messianic Kingdom. Base on Jesus and the miracles He preformed (to show Israel He was the promised Messiah) they (Jewish leaders) stated these miracles were not of God/Holy Spirit but by:
Now when the Pharisees heard it they said, “This fellow does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.”

So The leaders rejected God's offer of The Kingdom and Jesus in turn pronounced judgment on this generation, who committed the The Unpardonable Sin/blasphemy against the Spirit.

The only context in the Bible, this sin is found, is when Jesus offers the Kingdom to Israel.

To many people are pulling this account out of the Bible and applying this to the church age. Which has noting to do with this event (The Unpardonable Sin/blasphemy against the Spirit) in Matthew, Mark, Luke.

If you want to see a more detail study of The Unpardonable Sin/blasphemy against the Spirit.
Arnold Fruchtenbaum. He has a few books that go over this one book is: Footsteps of the Messiah
A person either believes Jesus is the promised Messiah from Old Testament prophecies and Trust in Jesus for His gift of His eternal life.

Or a person does not believe and will live with/because of their unbelief for all of eternity separated from God.

For any person living Jesus has taken away the sin of world and gives anyone who will believe "eternal life " nothing stands in the way.

Except, just a persons own unbelief. Not believing the evidence provided in the Bible (especially the Gospel of John) that Jesus is the promised Messiah from Old Testament prophecies and to trust in Jesus for eternal life.

"Rightly dividing the word of truth" clears up so much confusion and nonsense. A lot of things that trouble believers are basically due to believing folktales about God and His Christ instead of sound doctrine. We’ve all suffered under error, but it’s good to GROW UP and put off childish things!

It is hard to understand this error, i am not sure do preachers use this as some kind of weight they can hold over their church members to keep them in line.

I assume it’s a mixture of ignorance and unbelief.

Can you imagine the Church living and breathing in the above-and-beyond atmosphere of Ephesians? There is no way for the declarations made just in chapter 1, if believed, to produce anything less than 100% confidence in our secure position in Christ.

Everything flows from that. But the world, the flesh and the devil are on constant attack to keep the focus on US and not HIM.

A while back, I feared I might have committed the unforgivable sin. I still wonder if I did sometimes.

There is one sin only that cannot be forgiven, unbelief. This isn’t unbelief that can happen to any of us in these crises. This continual rejection of Christ is what the unforgivable sin is. Why is unbelief the unforgivable sin? If you won’t accept Him you can accept the wage of sin as being death. Then when the time comes and the bill for the sin must be paid by Christ or the unbelievers and only Christ’s payment is acceptable to the Lord. The fact you worry you have done so is pretty sure sign you haven’t done so. God bless
