Not unusual for someone running for president, to start flipping and flopping all over the place.

No, its not. But when the question is about Biden specifically, the answer is that he does it too.

There is nothing to argue about.

Shocker. A politician, telling his audience what they want to hear.

IOKIYAR... obviously.

Not unusual for someone running for president, to start flipping and flopping all over the place.

They all do it and trump had his sharenas well.

Again, IOKIYAR.

Yes. You must truly not have been paying close attention, because his flip flops are becoming the talk of the newsroom set now. He has changed his stance on abortions, on Congressional investigations, and several other hot topics just recently.
Oh totally. AS I said, I know little of Biden.

Abortion and the China threat are the only two i see in google searches.

During a fundraising event at the Upper East Side Carlyle Hotel, Biden explained to a room of New York’s financial elite that he had “got in trouble” with some people on his team for being too friendly to Wall Street, but that this wouldn’t change his approach because “you guys are great”.

He then assured them that any tax increases to increase his legislative goals would barely be noticeable.

Biden Tells Billionaires: “Nothing Would Change” if He Wins Presidency

Nothing will change. So the current president is protecting billionaires as well?

Is something going to change if Trump retains the Presidency?

That is because Biden is a rich elitist that represents entitled spoiled rich people and their Socialist agendas and not a self-made successful man that started from poverty being the son of immigrants from Germany like Donald J. Trump, the most popular President ever and beloved friend to the common people.

Really? Has he said things that contradict each other this early on already?
I'm not paying too close attention to him now. Do you have any examples?
I can think of his poo-pooing the idea of a rising China, then, suddenly, becoming hawklike in targeting the country with abroadside, weeks (months?) later.

Remember, “Uncle Joe” is 76, born before China was the People’s Republic of China, and until thirty years ago, a mainly agrarian nation trying to feed itself.

But now they’re one point three BILLION consumers, just the thing American Capitalists lust after!

That's the usual line, I recognize. In AOCs case, though, I am going by what she has actually said and advocated...which is quite a bit different from that scenario.

So why not reply to my response to you requesting you substantiate what she supposedly said?

I'm waiting patiently :)

Yeah, the right wing propaganda about SOCIALISM! from mainstream Democratic doesn't really line up with reality. Color me surprised.

The best way to help Wall Street is to have a good economy.

What helps the economy grow? A strong middle class, a priority of the Democrats.

No inflationary tariffs.

Democratic administrations have had stronger economic growth and stock markets.

A strong middle class and economy are more important than tax cuts.

At the rate he is going, no primary voter will have any idea where he actually does stand. Maybe he doesn't either.

I'm actually beginning to wonder if he's doing this on purpose so that he can say he tried, but has no intention of garnering the nomination? Or is he really just that old school/establishment?

If I had to choose at this point in time, I would say it is the latter.

He stood for certain values and had certain attitudes that were the norm among members of his party in an earlier generation. But although he has been in the public eye for the past decade, he mainly was doing what VPs normally do, which is to support the president and do ceremonial tasks. Now that he is a declared candidate for president, he is under the microscope.

With the way the media are and the other candidates trying to outdo each other as "progressives," it is a tough position for him to be in. Frankly, some of the attacks aren't really fair to him, but that is what happens when you are the frontrunner in a crowded field.

Some VP's are real partners. Al Gore and Joe Biden were. Biden was much more experienced in foreign policy than Obama, and in the inner dealings of Congress. Obama relied on him.

In the case of Bush and Cheney, the tail was obviously wagging the dog.

With Trump and Pence, Pence is needed to give Trump, whom most evangelicals would recoil from in disgust, evangelical creds. He is there to be a yes man. As we see, Trump likes to work without advisors or anyone who holds him accountable. That's why posts are unfilled and why people quit. I can understand how he makes their skin crawl, even the worst of them.

To them. In other words, don't worry...I'm not going to increase the capital gains tax. However all of you poor W2 and 1099 wage slaves, look out.
