Next "pride" month ought to be Catholic pride month. Allegiance to God is one of very few things in life I can see being worthy of some amount of "pride" .

Well we have Corpus Christi this month. Not nearly as salacious though. We had nothing but the pride parade being promoted this month. I'm not kidding.

The moment they legalized gay "marriage" it was evident this would happen. I can't say I'm shocked, but it certainly is vile seeing it happen and if I take my eyes off Christ, it can just as easily become a depressing reality.

They're already making the rounds to normalize pedophilia and inappropriate behavior with animals. We know as Christ's second coming draws nearer, things will only get worse. But imagine the Glory that'll be revealed when He does return!!! Hallelujah!

Catholic humility month maybe, where we look at ourselves as we really are (Thomistic definition of humility) rather than inventing false images of ourselves.

Here is my theory of why pedophilia will be among the last of the perversions that become acceptable in our devolving society: Our youth are relatively protected for now because of the reaction against the sexual scandal among Catholic priests. Anti-Catholic bias and really bad behavior among some priests then has resulted in a general societal revulsion with forcing sex on minors. Sooooo there is something good to come out of the priest scandal after all. It has made our society a bit protective of youth. Not so much as to protect children from public school teacher predators, but at least a little bit protective. Even some in the LGBTQWERTY world don't think it's right. Considering NAMBLA was once mainstream LGBTQUERTY, we have a tiny breathing space before pedophilia is normalized.

It has been my contention that the B in LGBTQWERTY has been long neglected by the L and G and T folks, and their time will come with a vengeance soon, And that will destroy monogamy.

I suppose there is something to boast about after all? It's just hard to talk about "Pride" without getting a lot of interpretations about what "Pride" means; still, I thought it helpful to bring up these verses.

I brings one to wonder if it is possible for people to show their gay "pride" without devolving into inappropriate contentographic displays of debauchery. It's one thing to wave a rainbow flag, however, there is absolutely no justifiable reason or excuse for this level of public indecency other than in an attempt to normalize their perversion. If anyone did half the things that you would find in a gay pride event they would be thrown in jail for public indecency and exposing themselves to minors. But it is completely fine if you wave a rainbow flag apparently.

It's great to see you mention NAMBLA as I find so many people are unaware that such a thing even existed.

For those who don't already know, NAMBLA stands for: The North American Man/Boy Love Association which is a pedophilia and pederasty advocacy organization in the United States.

Yep, that is next on the agenda. "Love has no age" and the normalization of pedophilia. Wont be long before pedophiles are considered "heroes" and if you tell a 40 year old man that he cannot have a sexual relationship with your 12 year old daughter you're the one who is the pedophobic bigot. I agree with you 110%. It makes no sense for them to be against pedophilia as it directly goes against their motto of "love", "tolerance" and "inclusivity". Just as it makes no sense that someone can identify as whatever gender they desire, even fictions made-up genders that have no place in reality, yet someone else can't identify as another race. Everything they stand for is just one big contradiction after the other.

I mean, just look at how they treat trump supporters. They'll claim "love" but pull out a MAGA hat and they'll be quick to assault you and sadly, they may even get away with it too.

Yeah. They claim that homosexuality isn't a choice. Well, how are homosexuals different from lets say pedophilia, necrophilia, or inappropriate behavior with animals? Is it considered unlawful because a child, an animal, or a dead person cannot give consent? Then we run into a dilemma. If a pedophilia isn't a choice, would it then be "unfair" to outlaw such behavior just like it would be "unfair" to outlaw homosexual intercourse? But if we say that pedophilia is a choice, how then can't homosexuality not be a choice also? Then we run into another problem of how a child is not legally mature enough to consent to a sexual relationship with a 40 year old man, but they are mature enough to decide their own gender? Then what of incest when you have two mature adult siblings who both have a consensual sexual relationship? Oh, but the woman can have all the abortions she could ever want as long as it is her brother who is impregnating her...right? It just makes me sick.

Exactly!!! Who's to say some aren't just "Born This Way" as pedophiles? I personally think there is an underlying insecurity or trauma behind 99% of sexual deviations.

And what basis is there for condemning a parent from marrying their adult child?
