Can anyone help me identify this 90's Christian music video?

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can identify this music video by my description. Unfortunately, I don't remember the artist, name of the song, or any of the lyrics, but the somewhat bizarre video stuck with me. The main focus of the video is the singer sitting at a table in a restaurant, while people bring him various things (possibly including balloons, but I'm not sure). In the corners of the screen are two camera shots - one of people coming into the restaurant, the other of the street outside. At the end of the video, the singer leaves the restaurant, sits down in the street, and gets run over by a car or bus.

I remember seeing this video on Praise TV or Cafe Video in the late 90's. Does anyone have any idea what it is?
