At times we all need reassurance from God that He is there for us. One day I was feeling down, uncertain about the future, and I picked up this book I've had for many years called God's Promises and Answers, and when I opened it right in front of me was a verse from Isaiah 41:10:

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea I will uphold thee with my right hand of my righteousness.

It was just what I needed for assurance and comfort that God will see me through difficulties and is my guiding light.

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

I literally got tired of seeing the signs being held up at sporting events and it finally drove me to open a bible and read the verse myself. (Once I found it

) And haven't looked back since.

Nice. I also love the scripture "If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
We have somewhere to go, someone to turn to for help.

What a great testimony Tigger 5. I have trouble telling people about Jesus in this country sometimes because it has been repeated so many times and walls go up. Thank-you for sharing how God pulled the walls down; beautiful!
