I think Romans 8 fills the gap here. Why did God send his son? (Romans 8:3-4) Why is the Spirit necessary to fulfill the law? (Romans 8:5-8) What have we received in the Spirit? (Romans 8:9-11) Does the Spirit put to death sin of the body? (Romans 8:12-14) Being led by the Spirit, are we in slavery? (Romans 8:15-17)
The Law defines the Glory of Christ, the Spirit is received from God, and through the Spirit we put to death the sins of the body, so that we also may fulfill the Law, just as Christ did and be glorified with him. Its a matter of Prayer and Faith.
