On this feast of the Ascension of Jesus Pray for this to happen. The archbishop last year set up a group of religious sisters located across the street from them for the soul purpose of praying for their destruction and the salvation of the children murdered at that death mill. We got Molech on the run with all the prayers and fasting from these sisters.

The judge gave PP another week to meet requirements to keep their license. The sticking point is that 5 of the doctors that work there refuse to be interviewed. I wonder why? Could it be a problem with their license to practice medicine? We'll see.

Missouri judge sides with Planned Parenthood and nixes state's request to question doctors

A St. Louis circuit judge sided with Planned Parenthood on Tuesday afternoon, ruling that the testimony of non-employees was an "undue burden" and that the state's subpoena to interview them "should be quashed."

...

The judge is expected to rule on a preliminary injunction on Wednesday, which would allow the clinic to perform abortions without the state's license. If the clinic had lost its license, Missouri would have become the first state to not have a legal abortion clinic since Roe v Wade was decided in 1973.

This is ashame. I believe judges are being paid off by Planned parenthood. Money and greed are behind this. We know for a fact that this is a spiritual war and the demons exorcist have named that causes this is moloch. We will continue to pray the rosary and fast. Ultimately he will be defeated but most likely mere human courts will not do this. Pride, power and mammon are used by this demon to keep the industry going.

They are probably worried some religious nut will go and shoot them.

It is a fact that pro-life legal teams must have perfect cases, air-tight legal arguments, deadlines met early, etc, just to have a 50/50 shot at fair treatment. Really says a lot about who’s actually calling the shots when it comes to abortion in America.

Missouri investigating St. Louis Planned Parenthood for 'multiple' failed abortions
Missouri investigating St. Louis Planned Parenthood for 'multiple' failed abortions
The state said Friday it is investigating the local Planned Parenthood office for “multiple” failed abortions, revealing for the first time why it is holding up the Central West End clinic’s license.
Another development in Missouri is an effort to put on the ballot a repeal of the newly passed law that bans most abortions in Missouri.
UPDATE — David Humphreys donates $1M to committee backing referendum on abortion law

Per the Administrative Hearing Commission's website, a hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 AM, Thursday, August 1, 2019, at the Wainwright State Office Building, on the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services' non-renewal of Planned Parenthood's abortion facility license.
Planned Parenthood of St. Louis today filed a "Motion for Stay" in the Administrative Hearing Commission to prohibit the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services from not renewing Planned Parenthood's abortion facility license. But Planned Parenthood is asking Commissioner Dandamudi to issue a stay – with NO hearing – before 5:00 PM, Friday, when Judge Michael Stelzer's order expires.

But what chutzpah! One reason in the motion Planned Parenthood of St. Louis wants a "stay" (see pp. 20-21) is so that medical residents at Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis can continue training to do abortions at Planned Parenthood. But remember, it was other medical residents from Barnes/WashU who earlier did botched abortions at Planned Parenthood – and then refused to be interviewed by health inspectors from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services!

Only if a stay is granted will PP be allowed to continue doing abortions after 5:00 PM Friday, June 28. Please pray that the stay is denied.
