So God is not really God the Father, it is just god the it? Not buying it. And God the Father does not have a wife because you said so.

What???? Where did you get that God is not God the Father? God is one---He is God the Father, the Son and God the Holy Spirit. There is no heavenly mother because the bible does not even vaguely suggest there is.

Yes God the Father is the Father of spirits and He does have a wife:
(New Testament | Hebrews 12:9)

9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

(New Testament | Matthew 23:8 - 10)

8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.
(Old Testament | Psalms 82:6)

6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
(Old Testament | Genesis 1:26 - 27)

26 ¶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

(New Testament | Revelation 12:1 - 2)

1 AND there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
The Early Church Fathers identified this Woman as symbolic of both the Church, founded by Christ, and the Blessed Vrigin Mary.

Interestingly, Catholic and Orthodox Christians, to this day, as they always have, identify Mary as our Mother, spiritually, and as the greatest Saint in Heaven.

Yes God said all their creeds were an abomination in his sight and why did He say it? Because we know fine well that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost are NOT of the same substance or essence. They are one of the same purpose just like when a man and woman are married and become one.
I am sorry, friend. But the first 500 years of extremely well-documented Christian history would disagree with you on this.

You seem like a bright, kind man. I sincerely hope and pray that you find your way Home. God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit be with you, friend.

Express your love for Heavenly Father. Tell the children that someday you want to return to Heavenly Father so you can see him and be with him again. Explain that this is also part of Heavenly Father’s plan. He wants each of us to return to live with him when our earth life is finished. He wants us, our parents, and all our families to be with him again.

Explain that to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus again, we must be baptized and keep all the commandments. Show the set of scriptures. Explain that the scriptures teach us about Heavenly Father and Jesus and what they want us to do.
It is imperative that a person keep the commandments in order to return to God the Father:

(New Testament | John 15:13 - 14)

13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

Jesus Christ made it unequivocally clear that He died for those who keep the commandments of LOVE. I can not emphasize the importance of keeping the commandments enough. All of God's gifts are dependent upon this one thing, keeping the commandments of LOVE. That is why young children are taught this. That is why Jesus said:
(New Testament | John 14:15)

15 ¶ If ye love me, keep my commandments.

There is NO other way to LOVE Jesus Christ or to be His friend.

I have read 3 books on the comprehensive history of Christianity and I have read all the relevant church fathers, and as I was reading the histories, I could not get out of my head that it is much like the "game of thrones". The 5 major sees of Christendom, all competing to be the most important see, especially Alexandria and Rome and Constantinople.

My goodness the manipulation and cunning works, and subterfuge, and money, and wars, and the men and scholars coming up with new gods and new gospels, and excommunications, the court tensions, the bribery, the murder, the bowing and scraping to the Kings, who decide who will sit on each of the 5 thrones, etc., etc., etc., etc.

And with all this worldly pandemonium, somehow there was much goodness, and love, and charity by the people, even though most of their leaders were interested in worldly gain and maintaining their thrones, rather than tending to their sheep. The individual spiritual endeavors are wonderful to read, but many times were crushed under the weight of the church itself getting in the way to make sure the establishment was maintained at all costs.

And I have not even got to the 100 years before the Reformation, when things were really bad.

So I am biased, being a restorationist, but the history does read like "a game of Thrones", not "the Church of Jesus Christ."

Why do you follow Joseph Smith? Do you think he was better than other men?

"God is in the still small voice. In all these affidavits, indictments, it is all of the devil—all corruption. Come on! ye prosecutors! ye false swearers! All hell, boil over! Ye burning mountains, roll down your lava! for I will come out on the top at last. I have more to boast of than ever any man had. I am the only man that has ever been able to keep a whole church together since the days of Adam. A large majority of the whole have stood by me. Neither Paul, John, Peter, nor Jesus ever did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I. The followers of Jesus ran away from Him; but the Latter- day Saints never ran away from me yet."
Joseph Smith, History of the Church, vol. 6, pp. 408-9.

Keeping Mormon commandments and worshiping an exalted man won't get you eternal life. You can't be a friend of Jesus if you think His Father was a man who earned godhood.

Everyone who keeps the commandments is a friend of Jesus Christ. The scriptures do not lie neither does Jesus. There are many blessings that come through keeping the commandments. And these scriptures can not and will not be broken:

(New Testament | John 15:10)

10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
(New Testament | John 15:14)

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
(New Testament | 1 John 3:14 - 24)

14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
(Old Testament | Deuteronomy 5:10)

10 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.
(New Testament | John 14:15 - 18)

15 ¶ If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

(New Testament | John 14:21 - 23)

21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

These are amazing gifts/blessings, I can't think of any greater gifts/blessings. They are all predicated on keeping the commandments.

All of our prophets teach keeping the commandments of God. They also teach correct principals of the gospel such as LOVE, charity, meekness, honesty, faith, kindness, repentance, baptism, thankfulness, prayer, etc.

Why is that a problem for you? We know that Jesus was perfected by overcoming the world:

(New Testament | Luke 13:32)

32 And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.
(New Testament | John 16:33)

33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
(New Testament | Philippians 2:5 - 6)

5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
(New Testament | John 17:5)

5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

Teaching commandments does not equal to serving the same God. Your god is a man that became a god. Your god had a grandfather---a great-grandfather.....a great-great-great-great…….grandfather!!!
The Christian Heavenly Father has no Father, was never human, and never became God---He always was God. There is no other God but Him, in this universe or any other universe!! He alone is God and He is one with the Son and Holy Spirit. You son is not the same Son as the Christian God's Son. Ours was fully God before He became God, the Christian Son created everything, from nothing---including Lucifer. Your son is totally different, and is one of many. And it is the Christian God the Son that saves---no other. You are welcome to keep all the commandments---it will get you nowhere for you break a commandment with your believes and if you break one--you break them all.
Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Is one of the commandments of God to teach a false gospel? That is what your prophets are doing.
