Yes, this scripture would apply to these sins. Be sure get rid of all condemnation and concentrate more on how you are righteous in Christ, than your individual sins.
1 John 1:9 (KJV)
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV)
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Well, now what do you think Messiah suffered and died for? Read Isaiah 53. Here is a sample: "But He was pierced for our transgressions; He was crushed for our iniquities; upon Him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with His wounds we are healed."
Remember, our Creator is called The Father of Mercies and we are told His "mercies are new every morning...." and "He delights to show us mercy."
He is the Lord of innumerable "2nd chances" for all of us. However, we are also told not to put Him to the test. It is one thing to struggle to be free from sin and admit it is wrong and pray about it. But it would be a big mistake to just shrug off sin and count on His mercy. As shown in an earlier post, sin is said to lead to eternal death. Now you don't seem like you are shrugging anything off at all. In fact you seem to feel very badly about the problem and like you truly want to be free from it. Just sayin'.

Jesus forgives all sin, all sin but one, and this is denying the holy spirit and the spirit of God leaves you because you spoke against the holy spirit.
God forgave mosses for killing, and forgave Jacob for a lot of sin, and most all profits he forgave.
How much more will Jesus forgive you? He died just for that one reason. But what you need to know is just because you fall into sin does not mean you are guilty, your not, But the spirit of God makes you fill guilt.
If he did not, you would not be here now asking.
So, you have not denied the spirit.
I have meet many who deny the spirit and they think there never guilty for there lusts or anything they do, and they admit they do not fill bad for any of it. The spirit has left these people.
Your guilt is the evidence your forgiven.

The unforgivable sin in the Bible is where the Pharisees didn't just deny the Holy Spirit (all unbelievers, including those who eventually become believers deny the Holy Spirit) but claimed that His miracles were done by the devil.

It is good that you feel guilty and concerned. That can lead you in the right direction. But the Bible never says that guilt alone leads to forgiveness. The evidence for forgiveness is the Cross. People can feel guilty because, as the Bible says, we are all given a conscience, yet never truly repent. Repentance leads to salvation, not guilt in and of itself.

I would call that premeditated masturbation.
But, you are starting to discipline your self, it takes time.
Work on that first.

If you didn't, you didn't. We all have areas of temptation that we lean toward, but hopefully, pull back from. Again, the work is not yours. You can't be strong enough. "The battle is YHWH's" aka the Lord's. "Be still" and know His salvation.

No, its not, you stop it. But, the thoughts that caused it you will want to try to control over time, like i said before. train your mind to have different thoughts, change your way of thinking.
I can not stress more that you are your own responsibility, so this is why we call it self discipline.
In the time you are learning how to be more disciplined, you will start to see how easy it is to make your self something you want to be.
But it takes time, its not over night because the temptations will always be there. But its how we look at the temptations.Try to start to look at the temptations differently, not as lust or exciting, but as pure and human.
example.
You see a bountiful woman, nude, you can decide how you see her, do you choose to see love and a nurturing woman or do you choose to see lust for a cheep feeling. Because love is more fulfilling, giving, helping. But you only get that cheep feeling once then its over and your on your way.
This is just one example, but my point here is we need to change the way how we see what we see.

Resisting masturbation is hard. When I was 20 I managed to stop for nearly a year, but I was having “wet dreams” and spurting sperm in my sleep. I eventually had to succumb and start again. I think men have a genuine biological need to spurt sperm to clear their ducts. During courtship we didn’t have sex until we married. Even with regular sex I still need to touch. I don’t use inappropriate content, but I try to think only of my wife’s body. She knows I touch, sometimes i do so with her during sex. I think that’s OK in marriage.

iv actually been doing really good with stopping i'm on my 3rd week now of no touching yourself
