I will start from beginning. I remember couple of times when I though I have fallen away it felt it even hurt in my heart and if God was very far away, but then I said to my self I believe that He haven't left me and He is forgiving and I choose to believe that He is near and I have faith. And I started to feel as If He is truly close to me. Where is this boundary my imagination and reality or I don't understand how it is.
If I done something wrong and I regret and turn away from my sin and choose to believe He is near me. He is near me or I am just imagining and create this false feeling to my self. ? Can someone explain me. Then how do I know He is with me ?

It's not your imagination. It sounds like you really love God.

If you sin and confess that sin to God, He will forgive you and always accept you. God will turn no one away that wants to be with Him.

You can't go by your feelings. You just have to know that God loves you and is always there for you.

Read the Prodigal Son many times.
The Father always waits for the son to return home to him.

And since you're catholic, remember that you don't have to confess venial sins,,,and, in any case, it's God that forgives sins...the priest confirms this with absolution.

So, you understand that it is possible to make yourself have a feeling. It is good to understand this, but then to trust God to do what He knows you need and what He wants . . . in you.

"casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)

And yes God includes people to help you. So . . . again . . . it is good you are seeing how people can help you.

But we need to keep testing about how we are with God > since, yes, we can fool ourselves and people can be mistaken or even trying to trick us.

"Test all things; hold fast what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:21)

Okay. Well, God is forgiving and He is present everywhere in His Creation. How do I know this? Because I feel He is? No. I believe these things because it is what the Bible, God's word, says. What it says is true no matter what I may feel. God's truth does not rest upon my feeling about it to be true. So, what you feel isn't the important thing; nor is what you believe. What is REALLY important is what God has said.

And I started to feel as If He is truly close to me. Where is this boundary my imagination and reality or I don't understand how it is.

This is the problem with letting what you feel dictate what is real and true. What happens when your feelings change - as they will, sooner or later? Is God just what you can make yourself feel? No. He is near you whether you feel He is or not. This is what the Bible says and you need to walk with God by faith in its declarations, and promises, and wisdom, not by what you may or may not feel.

Can someone explain me. Then how do I know He is with me ?

You know He is with you because this is what the Bible says. There are some other ways God says in His word that you can know He is within you:

His Spirit will convict you of sin. (John 16:8)
His Spirit will illuminate your understanding. (John 16:13)
His Spirit will enable you to put to death the desires of the flesh. (Romans 8:13)
His Spirit will produce in you spiritual fruit. (Galatians 5:22-23)
His Spirit will bear witness with your spirit that you are His child. (Romans 8:16)
God will change your desires and will enable you to do His will (Philippians 2:13)
God will discipline you when you stray from Him. (Hebrews 12:5-11)

All of these things (and others besides) reveal to us that we are truly born-again children of God. Are these things I've listed evident in your life?

When I go on a sin binge, and even then it's not that terrible a thing I do, but it is still sin, I begin to feel there is a problem between God and myself. The further I go/longer I stay in that sin, the worse it gets...It's called guilt. Only when I repent and stop, do I feel a little better, but as time goes on I feel a lot better. Or less and less guilty the more time between my sin and now. An age old concept really, plus "Time heals all wounds", and guilt is a self inflicted psychological wound.

I've no doubt that feeling is real, I am closer to him, and him me, the longer I go without sin and starting right when I stop/repent.

We're all going to have technical sin in between, even every day, but I'm talking about substantial sins and both God an we know what they are automatically. But go a few months without substantial sin is so good for us and how we feel, then losing all that, and dropping to feeling bad again, I think is what trains us to do better, and go sinless longer, until finally, if nothing else we are somewhat, to a lot better than in the past each time.

It was true ,but I been falling to my past sins with masturbation. After this I don't feel nothing. What should I do I asked for forgiveness many times and I turned away from this sin.
