I was wrong.... it is raining again..... phooey

I have been sad about the lack of rain here. Apparently we have already exceeded yearly averages and we aren’t even halfway through the season yet.

We have had flooding here in areas I don't think that have ever flooded before and some areas that flooded over 30 years ago. I've had trouble keeping the lawn mowed as I don't like mowing it when it is too wet.

My kid has strep.

I've had strep throat a number of times. YECH! Should get antibiotics, it can be very serious.

Good, I'm sure he will be fine. The only good thing that I got from strep was I used to smoke...it hurt so much I couldn't smoke for over a week, by then I was over the addiction.

Well, that's one way to quit.

I have had strep before and it is awful.

I don't think I've ever had strep, or if I did I was so young I don't remember.
