If no one is righteous and all needing saved, is it possible for an unbeliever to see Christ at the throne at judgment time and bend his knee and confess Jesus as Lord? Could that save him? Am i overstepping my bounds by asking this question?
There's no reason to believe that somebody can get a second chance after breathing their last.

Today is the day of salvation. Now is the time to repent and be baptized for the remission of sins.

As ever in such threads, you answer only the first easy Scripture, and consider it done. Far from it. If anyone remains "in Hell," how can God ever become All in all? Further, how do you answer second quote about those with only wood, hay and stubble, all of which burned up? Admittedly, such get no reward, but the Scripture here states that they will be saved, nevertheless.
That is another easy question. The "Great White Throne of Judgment" is for unbelievers before they are thrown into hell. This is the judgement described in Revelation 20:11-15. The second judgement, as described in Corinthians, is a judgment of believers’ works, often referred to as the “judgment seat [bema] of Christ”. At this judgment, Christians will receive degrees of reward for their works or service to God. What you quoted is a passage that explains that regardless of your salvation, all of your works that are done out of selfish desires or temporal motives will count for nothing. Paul also explains this in 2 Corinthians 5:10:

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad." 2 Corinthians 5:10

You see the difference? The Great White Throne of Judgement is for the unbelievers who are doomed to hell. Those who are saved by grace through faith will not be condemned to Hell at the Great White Throne of Judgement and will then have their works judged at the Judgement Seat of Christ. There we will either receive our rewards (crowns) or enter the Kingdom with nothing just as Corinthians says.

I don't understand the question. The serpent has failed. Failed to stop God's plan of redemption. Anyone who is saved by their faith in the risen Lord is a failure on the part of the serpent.
I see Satan presenting a false imagery of god through which he caused mankind to err. I don't know if you see that? It happened in the garden of Eden? This false image is the god of this world that is like a kill or be killed power struggle. For example, I notice Saul was a zealous persecutor of Christ and yet he was changed once he saw the Truth. Such is the power of the Truth that is in Christ that Satan needs to kill those who preach the Gospel. For to me Jesus is the True Image of God sent by God to defeat the corrupt image of the god of this world. I say this because I would like to understand why once Jesus is seen in his glory, it's too late to have faith because we will know. It seems like the whole point of the Gospel is to know God.

The Bible tells us that no one has ever seen God (John 1:18) except the Lord Jesus Christ. In Exodus 33:20, God declares, “You cannot see my face, for no one may see me and live.” These Scriptures seem to contradict other Scriptures which describe various people “seeing” God. For example, Exodus 33:11 describes Moses speaking to God “face to face.” How could Moses speak with God “face to face” if no one can see God's face and live? In this instance, the phrase “face to face” is a figure of speech indicating they were in very close communion. God and Moses were speaking to each other as if they were two human beings having a close conversation.

In Genesis 32:30, Jacob saw God appearing as a man; he did not truly see God. Samson’s parents were terrified when they realized they had seen God (Judges 13:22), but they had only seen Him appearing as an angel. Jesus was God in the flesh (John 1:1, 14) so when people saw Him, they were seeing God. So, yes, God can be “seen” and many people have “seen” God. At the same time, no one has ever seen God revealed in all His glory. In our fallen human condition, if God were to fully reveal Himself to us, we would be consumed and destroyed. Therefore, God veils Himself and appears in forms in which we can “see” Him. However, this is different than seeing God with all His glory and holiness displayed. People have seen visions of God, images of God, and appearances of God, but no one has ever seen God in all His fullness (Exodus 33:20).

While I disagree with you, you have now answered two of three of my quoted Scriptures. Now for the third, please explain how God can ever be All in all if so many, as you say, are in Hell. I have yet to get back a satisfactory answer for this.

So you then must conclude that Jesus was lying about everything He said about hell. Seeing that everyone will be saved. Jesus’ own words confirm that the time spent in heaven for the redeemed will last as long as that of the unredeemed in hell. Matthew 25:46 says, “Then they [the unsaved] will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” According to this verse, the punishment of the unsaved is just as eternal as the life of the righteous. Some believe that those in hell will eventually cease to exist, but the Lord Himself confirms that it will last forever. Matthew 25:41 and Mark 9:44 describe hell as “eternal fire” and “unquenchable fire.”

No I do not accuse Jesus my Saviour of Lying.
eternal fire? It is aionios not eternal. Aion means an age of time. Aionios and aionian are the adjectives of aion. aionian fire fire for an unknown length of time. It was Augustine who reasoned just as you have done saying that the length of time in Hell must be the same as in heaven- ie eternal. But even Augustine himself admitted he did not learn Greek.
The translators have followed Augustine's lead and Jerome's..in interpreting(not translating as they should have)aion and aionian and aionios as eternal and forever and eternity. These words DO NOT MEAN THAT AL AT!!

To answer the eternal life or aionian zoe question then , if Hell is not forever but only for a length of time. long or short...

It is correctly defined as the Life of the Age...or the Life pertaining to the Age....it should not be translated as eternal life or everlasting life.
If you have Jesus you have Life.
If you do not have Jesus you do not have Life.
Is that Life eternal or only temporary?
Jesus is not temporary....so the Life we receive is unfolding into more than just an age.....but will go on and on inside of Jesus forever.
And the those who keep resisting God, and refusing Jesus will stay in their perishing lost condition age upon age UNTIL they come to Jesus....whether that is a long time, a very long time...or a shorter time, is up to them and God.

But the Shepherd searches and searches UNTIL he finds that lost sheep....He does not stop searching at all. Neither did the woman stop until she found her lost coin....Father will not stop searching and drawing all lost ones until he finds them and they become sons and daughters who are found.

In context of the passage you quoted:
Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For he “has put everything under his feet.”Now when it says that “everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28 When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all."

Simply, "All in all" is referring to God's sovereignty. God is completely sovereign over all...including all those in Hell because Jesus "destroyed all dominion, authority, and power" by putting "all his enemies under his feet." By "enemies of God", we are not saying that God has declared unbelievers as His enemy. Rather, it is the unbeliever who has declared God to be their enemy (Romans 5:10, Colossians 1:21). Therefore, in the end God will become "all in all" by firmly establishing His kingdom and ultimate supremacy by "destroying all His enemies" (the last one being death) to include all the unbelievers who have declared God to be their enemy.

How did you come to your conclusion that hell is temporary? Nowhere in scripture does it ever suggest that hell is anything but a permanent and eternal separation from God.
The punishment of the wicked dead in hell is described throughout Scripture as “eternal fire” (Matthew 25:41), “unquenchable fire” (Matthew 3:12), “shame and everlasting contempt” (Daniel 12:2), a place where “the fire is not quenched” (Mark 9:44-49), a place of “torment” and “fire” (Luke 16:23-24), “everlasting destruction” (2 Thessalonians 1:9), a place where “the smoke of torment rises forever and ever” (Revelation 14:10-11), and a “lake of burning sulfur” where the wicked are “tormented day and night forever and ever” (Revelation 20:10).

The punishment of the wicked in hell is as never ending as the bliss of the righteous in heaven. Jesus Himself indicates that punishment in hell is just as everlasting as life in heaven (Matthew 25:46). The wicked are forever subject to the fury and the wrath of God. Those in hell will acknowledge the perfect justice of God (Psalm 76:10). Those who are in hell will know that their punishment is just and that they alone are to blame (Deuteronomy 32:3-5).

If I may ask, what is your interpretation of this scripture? Isaiah 66
23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.

24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

By the grace and kindness of God our Father my dear brother.

I told you but you do not believe my words.

An aion is not forever.
Aionios does not mean forever.
Aionian does not mean forever.

We all find exactly what we are seeking for.

You are not thinking things through. Your Bible and mine states that the last enemy to be destroyed will be Death. Explain how anyone can still be dead and/or in Hell after this has been accomplished. According to common belief, you must be dead to be in Hell, yes? But death is going to be done away with. This is how God will become All and in all. "All" is all-inclusive.

If that is so, how then do you reconcile Revelation 20? Also, are we then to conclude that Galatians 5 and James 5:19-20 and practically everything Jesus said about Hell to be mere empty threats?

I couldn't find a biblical evidence of this, but...I wish that that were the case when I think about my unsaved friends. The thought is very difficult to cope with. :(

With Romans 11:25-36 and a strong hope... for the hopeless... I believe it’s there.

We know there will be those that are condemned... but... there seems to be a hope worth hoping for.

What does it profit a man to gain the entire world and lose his soul?

Treasures... that’s what Souls are to Jesus.

:)

Salvation is not about asking forgiveness. Its about what one thinks of Jesus Christ while he is yet alive on earth.

We must learn to ask for forgiveness only after we are saved. Because sin cuts us off from the filling of the Spirit. But first, we must believe and become saved to qualify for that.

"He then brought them out and asked,
“Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus,
and you will be saved—you and your household.”
Ac 16:30-31

Nothing mentioned about asking forgiveness.

You can ask for them to be forgiven but that doesn't mean they will be. We should pray for them to be reconciled to God through Christ.

Stephen said that they didn't know they were doing, stoning a true servant of God. The Jewish religious leaders were teaching against the followers of Christ, so these people thought they were doing what was right.
Jesus called those leaders 'whitewashed tombs' and 'vipers'.

How about the verse that says

Acts 16:31 31They replied, "Believe in the LORD Jesus, and you will be saved-you and your household."

Succinctly put...
Hebrews 9:27:
Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,...

Some will say no.. its only here.. you know die then judgement. I asked Him when I was 15 and shock He answered.. "for God so loved the world, everyone gets a choice". And heard so many stories that I take with a grain of salt because some are hard pressed to back up with the word. Some dead.. can be proven.. came back saved..
