Guys and gals, it breaks my heart to tell you all this, but I officially am no longer a christian. I hereby consider myself a Spiritualist. Thank you for your support over the years.

i awoke feeling anxious for the first time in more than a month. i stopped my 5-htp yesterday for a week and the anxiety was back this morning. Luckily it wasn't too bad but it did wake me up early. Lets hope it wont come back to grill me.

So sorry to hear about this. I have ever explored other religions, but I choose to trust in Jesus Christ more, no matter I don’t trust some styles of Christianity. May God lead you in His way.

I really do think that there is a difference between outer Christianity and inner Christianity. I think that God had to somewhat work with the sinful natures of humans in times past which could distort the purest of images that God is.

I try to keep in mind that every single one of us is affected with our own being and it seems hard to separate ourselves from our perception of God. I don't think this has to be a bad thing though even though it can be tormenting to try to walk a path that is not commonly tread, but there are dangers everywhere.

I've been kind of tormented and stressed but now the coffee headache is giving me a different kind of Burden. seems like I would learn to stop drinking so much coffee as too much is unhealthy for you.

I still think I trust in God. It does seem that some of my ideals are incompatible with attempting to help the world. They seem to be somewhat incompatible with heaven as well. But I've only heard about heaven from a few people.

Dallas has been a sad Place lately been a lot of murders since May. Just today two more have died. 17 year old and a 14 year old. Violent crimes tend to increase as heat does. Few blocks away this guy got shot and killed for trying to break up a fight.

I don't know why my stress has increased so much. Don't know why it's so hard to be around other people. I'm incompatible with the people of this world. I think my problem is that I'm around too many people and that the universe is hostile to me. Too many rules. I need to exist in my own world.

I need more physical practice.

Good to hear from you brother. i understand your desire for your own world. A space in which to exist. The good news is that Jesus has been building an eternal dwelling place just for you. Now this offer lays ready before you. Faith in Jesus brings you in contact with His glory for you. Let His Kingdom grow into you.

Remember the commandment to love is to do His will and God Himself in trinity shall make His dwelling with you. You be at Rest then wherever you are. - even in a crowd of people.

i also find it hard to be surrounded by people. That is why i live away from town on an isolated spot. People still come. Some good some bad. Some loving some hating. It is hard to love them all but i try.

The hardest ones to love are those who hate you. Such people can say and do such horrible things. To forgive and stay out of their way and to remember to pray for them is hardest thing ever but so worth it. For God's love is a two edge sword and will achieve its purpose.

It is the challenge we face down here, to spread heaven around on this earth. The more love we sow in peoples hearts the more harvest we will reap.

So yes salvation is individualistic as can be but the outcome is the great throng praising Him that is where we want to be, before His throne.

Feeling sad and anxious. i awoke, after a rather troubled sleep, feeling sick as a dog. My mind is flying all over the place. Its been hard to think.

Bus loads of kids come and go at this time of the day. Opposite our motor home is a school this goes on for about 45 minutes and then the peace returns. i feel very unsafe with all these buses and cars slowing down before they arrive to our motor home it just seems like they are going to stop at our place. i feel very unsafe when i'm like this even though i know it is my paranoid mind and not real.

Today is my third day, four to go, without 5-htp and i'm not enjoying it one bit. My mind is racing a lot and i often feel disjointed, i'm anxious and i feel unwell physically.

Yvonne and Kelsey are going to go shopping this morning because i'm not well. Tonight we are supposed to go out with Kelsey parents to thank them for the usage of their motor home. i do hope i will pick up by then.

This is the third time that i have been to unwell to participate in daily activity over the last two weeks. That is a pretty good score as far as i'm concerned. Lets hope that things don't get worse.

Feeling somewhat better this morning, down but not all over the place and not so nauseous.

We are travelling this afternoon 400 kilometres into the interior. We will take the scenic route.

Last night we went out for dinner we had a good night together.

Feeling reasonable today. i do have a sore throat, Yvonne and Kelsey have had a cold for the last week and it seems i have court it as well. Lets hope i don't get sick.

We are back home again, come home last night. We had a good time together and a safe journey.

Lets hope they will relieve your depression somewhat. It is hard being depressed without aids.

Not familiar with that antidepressant but praying you will balance out and finally find some relief.

Feeling thankful this morning. We've been on holidays for almost three weeks now and i survived so far. Sure i've had my challenging times but overall i've really enjoyed our stay in Canada. BC is beautiful and we have done a lot of hiking, seen plenty of deer, squirrels, Canadian Geese, birds galore and even a snake.

Tomorrow we will be flying to the Netherlands to visit my mum and dad and 6 brothers and sisters with their families. We hope to stay two weeks.

Yesterday i started the 5-htp again after staying of it for a week. By 2pm i left feeling depressed behind and today i'm feeling well as well. So happy i found this stuff to aid me. i can take it for three weeks again. It improves my life so much.
