This is not a religion of multiple gods, but of one god.

Also, verse 37 "he shall pay no attention to the gods" -- the god word there is plural. There is no if, and, or buts about it. Which is why all modern translations employ the plural.

Thus, multiple gods are being discarded in favor of one. Like the Hebrews did. Like the Romans did. Like the Muslims did.

If the multiple Gods theory is correct, the only possible candidates for these people in modern times are the Hindus. They are the only religion left that has multiple Gods. Try to work that into your prophetic framework.

In your original post you questioned present interpretation and understanding regarding the Book of Daniel.

I totally agree with the vast majority of perceptions presented in that first post.


If you are interested, there IS a better understanding that I would love to run by you.

If something is TRUTH, it cannot be proven false.

What I want you to do, is find the fault in this "better understanding", if it were possible.
