I had my daily Kwik Trip "Classic Vanilla Dunker" to awaken my gut biome.

Thanks for the heads up, I almost missed this! I have to remember to turn to MSN for the really important news.

I might try a Crispie Cream, I've never had one and most people say they are really good...others say they only seem good because they are served warm. (The donuts not the people.)

I know what you mean about warm. My hygienist is very warm. Not her personality but her hands. It's very comforting to have warm hands on your face during teeth cleaning. Almost as comforting as having a Kwik Trip "Classic Vanilla Dunker" in your face.* ^_^

*After a thorough dunking in a hot cup of "Dunkin Donuts Original Blend" coffee (with cream).

I would love a KTCVD and cup of Original Blend coffee with my donut. Unfortunately, were I live I'm not allowed to do a number of things such as drink anything but Starbucks or wear a cowboy hat. (Deep down I really want to wear a cowboy hat, I may move to Montana.) BTW I'm jealous of your hygienist, give me warm hands over warm personality any day!

I have plans to to take my wife out for donuts this evening. I've got to remember to skip my after-dinner coffee so I can still have a large one with my donuts.
