How God reaches us
Every day I'm trying to be more humble and how do you do that?
I guess, every day, we have mass. Every day, I pray the rosary. That's what I do.

The sacraments for many Christians are central to their spiritual
life. This comes about through a slow understanding of the humble ways that God reaches us. Bread and Wine, Water and Oil, ordinary everyday things that effect profound change in the souls of all who partake of these avenues of grace along with faith in the Lord Jesus. The deeper the understanding the more profound the effect the sacraments have on the soul. Grace is not magic, it based on relationship, openness and faith. Devotions are the same, the doing of the same thing every day, said from the heart will open up deep -wellsprings of living water for the soul. Sacraments and sacramentals are profoundly helpful for the one who seeks a profound relationship with the Infinite. For the devout, aging only makes the experience more profound their understanding of the many ways that God draws us to himself. God is not bound by anything, all of creation can be a doorway into grace, love, relationship and eternal beatitude.--Br MD
