Where does it say Jesus spoke Aramaic? And if He spoke it, how did all the Jews understand him?

No, I do not believe Jesus spoke and communicated in Aramaic.

I know he knew all languages, but thats not my point.

There are several places in the Gospels where the evangelists wrote about Jesus saying something in Aramaic and then translated it into Greek. And the Jews understood him because they also spoke Aramaic.

Mark 15:34 would be a good example because in it he's quoting a psalm. "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani" is Aramaic. Hebrew would be "Eli, Eli, lama azabtani." There are multiple other examples.

But I'm looking for a scripture that said he speaks Aramaic, is there one?

You don’t need a scripture. Not all truth is in the Bible.

I do need a scripture that says he spoke only Aramaic, If there is none, Then its a twisted made up lie.

He was the son of God that healed the blind, rose the dead back to life, I am very sure he spoke all languages,

History aside, how do we know from Scriptures that Christ spoke Aramaic? Simple. In several places He is quoted speaking Aramaic. In St. Matthew's and St. Mark's Gospels, some of Christ's words are rendered in the language people spoke. "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?" (Mt. 27:46, Mark 15:34), "Talitha cuom" (Mark 8:41), and "Ephphatha (Mark 7:34) all are Aramaic phrases...
