It dosen't say any such thing.

Who is Israel? Is there more than one "Israel?"

"If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham." John 8:39

"They are not all Israel, which are of Israel." Romans 9:6

"Think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham." Matthew 3:1.

"For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of me, but of God." Romans 2:17, 25, 26, 28, 29.

"That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed." Romans 9:8

"Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham." Galatians 3:6,7.

Hi,

I'm in a rush to get on my plane... but the answer was given several threads back ago. The claim that Israel will become a nation again is in the book of Isaiah.

Go and do a search in the past threads thanks. I am a little too busy to do it now.

All the prophecies about the dispersion and return of the Jews to their own land were completely fulfilled at the end the Babylonian Captivity in 457 B.C.,— not 1948 when the State of Israel was formed.

"In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places desolate . . . ye shall be scattered among the countries . . . among the nations whither they shall be carried captives . . . all the house of Israel shall remove and go into captivity . . . I will scatter them among the nations" (Ezekiel ch. 6–12).

This was the Diaspora. . . . And now the re-gathering of the Jews to their own land 70 years later:

"For thus saith the Lord, that after 70 years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you . . . and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations . . . and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive" (Jeremiah. 29: 10-14).

Not one single verse in the Old Testament, or New, written after the Babylonian Captivity mentions any other dispersion and re-gathering of the Jews.
