Thats sort of a no brainer as speaker, having the house (until you don't) would be how it would typically go for any one in that position regardless of which party. It doesn't make someone amazing in some sort of spanking power.

True. It's not just that Pelosi has the power; it's that she has the character and intelligence to use it effectively. That's how she schooled Trump so easily; he lacks both of those attributes.

Thanks for the chart,

No problem. It was kind of a hoot to learn that Trump has even less credibility with the American public than Fox News.

I find it depends on the chart. But even though I didn't take any of that away from it I will have to admit they have been very useful in making me a first time voter.

I didn't see any argument or story and noted the source (which made it of no surprise)
Then why bring it up? Because, again, dismissing isn't refuting.

What in it do you wish for me to address? I skimmed over it again and still trying to find a point to it.
See above.

On the forum where this thread is posted
...and if this thread was about this forum I could see your point otherwise since it really isn't about this thread it really shouldn't be used in this thread.

I didn't post the opinion piece I am bringing up the fact that I could care less about something like that.
Well...that's not quite true is it? If you honestly couldn't care about something you wouldn't be here discussing it would you?

I definitely have them to thank for making me a voter this year. A first time voter in favor of the person who drives them absolutely insane yes.
I'm pretty sure they would all still see this as a win on their part. They got you involved in exercising a right people died to get for you, while the Republicans totally failed to get you to do so. We're Democrats, we're happy when people exercise their right to vote. (even if it's just to vote against us) ;)

I would say it was more Maxine Walters and Jim Acosta because I don't believe that Nancy Pelosi is as dumb as rocks as Maxine is. And the clips of Jim Acosta's circus show is where most of the get up and go came from.
Still a win as far as I can see. :)

Either way idiots can be useful, there are useful idots.
huh...I think that may be President Trumps unofficial slogan for the 2020 election. :sorry:
tulc(thought originally it was going to be "Four more years of the dumpster fire, now, with covfefe and hamberders!!!")

Yep. We think all qualified citizens should vote. (unlike some Trump followers, we don't think dead people should vote, and we think one vote per person, per election is enough)
