I agree. As minorities (gentiles) become the majority population they will disenfranchise us politically, economically, and religiously. America will then be just another Roman province/possession.

America is already just a Roman province. If you were to snatch up the Apostle Paul with a time machine and drop him into Washington DC, he would look at the buildings (Graeco-Roman architecture), look at the signs (Latin characters), look at the money (literal Latin language, Roman national symbols, even a picture of a dead Caesar) and declare himself in some far-flung Roman province.

If you go to most any university in the US (except maybe for seminaries) and attend almost any field of study outside of theology, the first thing they teach you is its Graeco-Roman roots. Mathematics, architecture, physics, law, philosophy, chemistry, even computer programming--the roots are Graeco-Roman.

Even our foundational understanding of "truth"--epistemology-- is not Middle Eastern, it's Greek. We reckon truth as the ancient Greeks reckoned truth, not as Jesus reckoned truth.

Read Revelation 13 for the details.

And like I said, "The wound on the beast did not cause the fall of the beast nor any part of the beast to fall so it has nothing to do with Rome falling. Rome falling would be one of the past kings/kingdoms that fell in succession found in Rev 17:10"

The fall of kings is not the 'deadly wound'. The deadly wound was the fall of the empire; the beast.

The siege of Jerusalem didn't take place on the Plains of Megiddo.

Constantine was the emperor of the Beast, the Roman Empire.
beast = pagan empire

Conversion => new heart, soul infused with God's grace, (re-)creating a new "born again" person

Constantine and his empire confessed Christ

when the Roman world was "born again" it became a "new creation"

Christian Roman empire is no more the Beast than any Christian convert remains a sinner

The "mortal wound" was the fall of the Roman Empire. The wound was healed with the birth of the Holy Roman Empire under Charlemagne and it's ascent to power in Europe.
no, the "mortal wound healed" was on the 6th head = 6th king "who is" (was Caesar when Revelation was written) = Nero

under Nero, the Great Fire of Rome nearly destroyed the city, everyone thought the empire would fall but it bounced back to everyone's surprise

Constantine was the emperor of the Beast, the Roman Empire.
Roman forces landed and amassed on the plains of Megiddo in preparation for battle

battle = fall of Babylon = fall of Jerusalem (Rev 11:8) in 70 AD

The wound caused no fall of any empire...no such thing is found in Rev 13.

Hello All

So what is this city that sits on Seven Hills. That by Default must also be a religious system that has the Blood of Saints on its hands.
Rome actually sits on seven hills: Aventine, Caelian, Esquiline, Quirinal, Viminal, Capitoline Hill and Palatine Hill. The picture of the beast rising out of the sea describes a composite of successive kingdoms, Babylon, Medo Persia, Greece and Rome. The scarlet beast is ridden by a harlot, Babylon the great mother of harlots on it's back is actually a city. Clearly a sea port, probably where the beast brings his spoils and the city is just fabulously wealthy. These prophecies are interesting to decipher if you have the patience to sort everything out.

Israel has been intertwined with:

Egypt
Assyria
Babylon
Persia
Greece
Rome
Ottoman

But hear this... She was a “Type” and her misery is complete.

The Anti-Type ... as in the true Prophetic harlot is (Saudi Arabia)...

Islam specifically HATES the Cross

Islam specifically denies Jesus is the Son Of God

Islam persecuted Christianity and Judaism above all other religions

Islam has been at war with the BOC for millennia

Islam’s Anti-Christ is our Jesus

Christianity's Anti-Christ is Islam’s Messiah

It would be unwise to forget the harlot gives power to the 8th beast, which is comprised of all 7.

Wasn't Rome's Military Heart Constantinople?

Constantine was baptized on his deathbed.

He did that in order to remain the pontifex maximus of all the recognized Roman religions, including paganism. If he had been baptized any earlier, he would have had to renounce paganism.

Constantine's actions were pure political shrewdness. Not even the emperor could simply just suddenly command all Romans to become Christian, especially not after the numerous emperors before him had successfully characterized Christians as atheist enemies of the empire. Emperors had been assassinated for less outrageous actions.

Constantine only de-criminalized Christianity. It did not become the religion of the state for another 50 years, under Emperor Gratian.

I would dispute the idea that any worldly nation could be "born again" or a "new creation" in the way of a Christian. If that were the case, we would see in Revelation that nation becoming the seat of Christ's kingdom on earth.

That was after Constantine moved the capitol to Constantinople, in the first century the woman on the back of the scarlet beast is clearly Rome.

What? No. Nobody thought the empire would fall after the "Great Fire."

It was burned on purpose, to make way for building projects that would make the emperor famous.

Though Rome shifted in it's Government... it remained Rome. My point was that Rome was defeated.

It fell. It's military back was broken. Constantinople fell to a specific people. Is this not important to cite in study?

I'm not completely sure it was set on such purpose, but large fires happened frequently in Rome. It may have been set on purpose, or it may have been a "happy coincidence" to Nero's desire.

It certainly was not a significant threat to the Roman empire or even a serious threat at the moment to Nero's rule. It would take additional outrage before other powers decided they needed a new emperor.

that is backwards

Church dominant over secular authorities WOULD be the Christian millennium of reigning in power

no

the BEAST is the pagan Roman empire

the WOMAN = great city = rev 11:8 = Jerusalem

woman + beast = corrupt Jerusalem + Caesars

both of whom together brought about the crucifixion

two separate beings, horse + rider not centaur
