Seriously... there's this thing called the UN that encompasses the whole globe. It's growing to be majority Islamic and it is very faithfully against the existence of Israel.

I see no reason to think God raised up the Pharisaic nation of Israel any more than I think He raised up the Third Reich. That the event of Israel's founding has anything to do with end times prophecy is directly related to a strict literalist reading of the book of Ezekiel and the Third Temple from the racialist perspective of God's people being fleshly Jews and not the global community of believers.

Here's the kicker: There's a good likelihood that the Islamic armies wouldn't have been able to sweep across the Holy Land and Fertile Crescent into Europe without the help of the Jews, the way the Islamic invasion of Spain was largely aided by Jews who didn't like the Visigothic Christian kings and the Persian invasion of the Christian Byzantine Empire was likewise aided by Jews who didn't like the Christian kings.

Israel wanted a divorce from God and simultaneously widowed themselves.

What happens when we remove ourselves from the Hand of God?

That’s pretty much a Christian version of Judaism that you just expressed.

God gets mad about transgressions of mercy.

Those that knew God was merciful recognized Him 2000 years ago.

As for being damned... upon death... I believe those in Jesus go to be with Jesus.

Upon death... those not in Jesus wait in Sheol for the final day.

God judges righteously. A believer does not go into judgment of the great white throne.

Thus, the dead (not in Jesus) raised, will then face God and be righteously judged at the great white throne in The Day Of the Lord.

I just feel it is where God led me and it has been a fascinating and enriching journey.
