Brother we can’t keep sinning and practicing the works of the flesh, and thing we are saved.


We can come to Him, and begin to deal with each issue we have and He will cleanse us, and up root these things out of our life.


But daily we must spend time with Him in Heaven s Presence, seeking to be filled with His Spirit, which quenches the sinful desire of our flesh.

I’ve known many Christians... and I assure you, the more they profess Carnal obedience, the deeper the hidden sin.

I know what I am when standing before God, Only made right by His Atonement.

The closer I Draw to God, the more sinful I know I am.

Are you saying you are a sinner?


A sinner is a person who is separated from Christ.

A sinner is someone who is lost.


A person who is just, is a person who practices righteousness.


Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. 1 John 3:7



A Christian who practices the works of the flesh, has wandered from the truth and must repent, or they will not inherit the kingdom of God.



I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh...

The Spirit bears witness to my spirit, that I am a child of God.

The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,
Romans 8:16



This was not always so.


I was backslidden, and under conviction until I repented and returned to my Lord as a prodigal son.

In the flesh?

No one obeys Jesus in the flesh.


I don’t perfectly obey Jesus in the Spirit, however if I should sin, I confess my sin, and He s faithful and just to forgive me and cleanse me of all unrighteousness.


But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Romans 8:9


Those who are in Christ, then become separated from Christ, will be cast into the fire and burned, if they don’t repent, and return to Him, and are reconciled back to Him.



If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. John 15:6

Sin dwells in my flesh, therefore I am not “sinless”.

I have a choice, whether to obey the Spirit who dwells within me, and therefore be led by the Spirit, or to obey the lustful desires of the sin that dwells within my flesh.


I choose to obey the Spirit within me, and practice righteousness.


I have learned to “keep myself”, by obeying the Spirit.


We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him. 1 John 5:18


If I should sin, I confess my sin to God, and He forgives me and cleanses me of all unrighteousness.
