I wrote a poem inspired by this part too.
I think it is very edifying when I write something inspired from God's Word, it is just stronger put, and more powerful altogether! It strenghtens me, and also comforts me!
All to You Lord!
You Lord uphold me,
when I fall.
You Lord put me on the rock,
so that I will stand and not be moved!
You Lord raise me up,
when I am bowed down.
You Lord lift me up high,
when my banner feels weak to keep up!
My eyes look expectantly to You,
knowing You give me food in due season.
Food which is long lasting,
food from Your Word.
You Lord open up Your hand,
and You satisfy the desires of my heart.
As You are my Shepherd,
I shall not want!
You Lord are righteous,
in all Your ways.
Holy is Your name,
and praised shall it be forever!
You Lord are near me,
when I call upon You.
You are near me,
when I call upon You in truth!
I know You will fulfill my desires,
when I fear You.
I know You hear my cry,
and that You will save me!
You Lord will keep me,
and You will preserve me!
My mouth shall speak,
the praise of You Lord!
I will bring You praise,
truthful praise from the heart!
I will make a new melody,
from the everlasting strings of my soul.
As You Lord are my muse,
You are my greatest source of inspiration!
You give life to my songs,
and You inspire me with words.
Nothing comes to me by it's self,
all which comes to me comes from You!
So all honour and thanks,
will I be giving to You alone!
Everything You have given to me,
and more which I will get.
Should be given back to You,
in fully dedicated worship!

"The Lord upholds all who fall,
And raises up all who are bowed down.
The eyes of all look expectantly to You,
And You give them their food in due season.
You open Your hand
And satisfy the desire of every living thing.
The Lord is righteous in all His ways,
Gracious in all His works.
The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth.
He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him;
He also will hear their cry and save them.
The Lord preserves all who love Him,
But all the wicked He will destroy.
My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord,
And all flesh shall bless His holy name
Forever and ever."

Psalms 145:14-21)
