I don't think that most sources used in the world
are
as good as so-called gossip.

Not that gossip is good, nor right;

just comparing how much worse other sources are.

Relaying the interactions of our national security officials is hardly "gossip". Example from your linked article:

As a news consumer, I realize this type of information is OBVIOUSLY coming from an unnamed sources and evaluate it accordingly....

That has most definitely been the plan of a certain president; to guide his followers into believing anything that is critical is not worth their time.

Of course, once he's no longer president (whenever that is) I'm sure his attitude would change.

I wonder what Trump's post presidency speaking tours will look like? I wonder if he'd get invited ANYWHERE....hmmmm....

Exactly. It took more than two years (including another election) for Nixon's culpability to be revealed. I don't know if Trump is guilty of any wrongdoing or not - I'm not in a position to know - neither, as far as I am aware is anyone contributing on this thread. What I do know is that the absence of incriminating evidence pointing directly at the President after two years is not a clear indication that there is no case to answer.

That is not what defines a "free thinker". Besides, a brain, like a gun, is dangerous in the hands of people who have not actively participated in training sessions that make you adept in its usage. Too many "free thinkers" think that "I don't listen to experts" somehow makes you smart and adept at understanding information, synthesizing ideas, and appropriately vetting what comes across your path. More often than not, anyone I know who, time and again, labels themselves a "free thinker" are really just ignorant, proud antagonizers. Besides, I don't think I've EVER met someone who wouldn't call themselves a "free thinker" so the label is useless anyways.
