Right so the movie was a deceitful crock, because we do have an account.1 Cor 11:8 For man was not made from woman, but woman from man.
Maybe argue points from the movie. It was deceitful nonsense. So man has no account theologically or biologically? What foolishness. Not biological, but theological.
The video meant biological. Bible is theological.
I agree, bad choice of a word there, I should have just said, "come of" the dirt and still is dirt rather than evolved from it.No. God forming stuff is not stuff evolving.
Man is created of not evolved from after millions of billions of years, sorry.God formed one from the dirt and the other from the side of the one he made of the dirt.

Did you not read my last post?Man is created of not evolved from after millions of billions of years, sorry.
Haha I was scrolling through and saw yours, replied, then read your last one haha my bad you’re fineDid you not read my last post?

If you read the first part of Genesis both man and woman were made in the image of God. The rib represents the connection that men and women have to one another through marriage. Consider the rib a ring of commitment. Flesh of my flesh bone of my bone. God takes union between man and woman very serious that is why a rib was needed to solidify that bond. My take anyway...Adam called woman woman because she was taken from man. How would old age evos who claim some belief of the bible explain this?
first thing, you should never try to bridge the bible with science. The Bible is about God's relationship to man from beginning to end, any other details such as creation isn't and should not be taken as complete or exact on everything. It just tells you what you need to know - he designed the universe and created/designed life. Did he create and then we evolved? Sure.. does the bible effectively say this? No.. but we can understand that it is possible that God did create things in a gradual way.Adam called woman woman because she was taken from man. How would old age evos who claim some belief of the bible explain this?
In the same way a vase 'comes' from clay when a potter forms it.I agree, bad choice of a word there, I should have just said, "come of" the dirt and still is dirt rather than evolved from it.
He is the potter so I would have to agreeIn the same way a vase 'comes' from clay when a potter forms it.
Because all through the bible the fact that God formed us as a deliberate one time act is clear. Why not?
It seems a very good way for God to have designed a universe to operate. Something seems to be driving it but we seem to be doing our best to destroy it, by disobedience to God and failure to tend and keep it.
Why can't a vase form itself over great time?Evolution is not magic, and neither is creation. Why can't evolution be creative, controlled by God who is invisible, immortal, omnipotent and immutable.
God has no hands, (anthropomorphism is a form of idolatry), and did not get 'His' spirit hands dirty, making a man from mud pies, somewhere on earth a long time ago.
Better to believe what God says, and the prophets and apostles and holy men of God through ages, than to ADD flights of godless fancy to Scripture I would think. Why is it necessary for you to reduce the highly spiritual narrative of Genesis Chapters 2-5 to mundane and literal historical facts, and thereby totally fail to understand the message received from God by the author.
Do you read everything 'literally' and render every literary device used by every biblical author into strictly historical narrative? Do you then think "I know what that means now, so I don't have to study it any further to see what its saying about me and my relationship with God.
To get deeper meanings we first need to get the actual meanings.I hope you don't, because you will never understand the many parables and stories in both old and new testaments, and Revelation will be utterly incomprehensible to you.

So? Did you think (if that were the case) that this then means there was no actual man or bone? The issue here is that Eve was made in an operation while Adam was still under, and that this does not jive with the evil theory of evilution. The rib represents the connection that men and women have to one another through marriage.
Consider the rib a ring of commitment. Flesh of my flesh bone of my bone. God takes union between man and woman very serious that is why a rib was needed to solidify that bond. My take anyway...
Why would the word of the Almighty need some bridge? All that remains is to check how well 'science' did in it's origin explanations. We can grade them.first thing, you should never try to bridge the bible with science.
Great. So the beginning is known. The Bible is about God's relationship to man from beginning to end,
The details we are given should not be despised and rejected.any other details such as creation isn't and should not be taken as complete or exact on everything.
Right, Eve was not spawned by some proto monkey or whatever, but deliberately and wonderfully made from a part of the already created man.It just tells you what you need to know - he designed the universe and created/designed life.
No. Just because evolving also happened (rapidly) to the already created kinds, evolution can't explain origins.Did he create and then we evolved? Sure.. does the bible effectively say this? No.. but we can understand that it is possible that God did create things in a gradual way.
It is truth, which SCIENCE IS NOT!!!!Nevertheless, we shouldn't go "well genesis says this but what about science" because we are leading ourselves to the common christian trap which is misusing the Bible as a science book, which it's not.
No need to be a bully. This is my personal take on the creation of man and woman. No harm in it at all..
Woman came from a bone of man, regardless of whatever representations you think you can get in there! We DO know woman came from the man. We do not know for sure that any pet so called representation you can cook up is correct.
So? Did you think (if that were the case) that this then means there was no actual man or bone? The issue here is that Eve was made in an operation while Adam was still under, and that this does not jive with the evil theory of evilution.
Well, I mostly consider the bone to be what God used to manufacture/fabricate/create a woman one fine day.
what I want to know is if they had belly buttons.
There is no account of biological origin of humanity in the Bible. Ancient Mesopotamian people did not care.Maybe argue points from the movie. It was deceitful nonsense. So man has no account theologically or biologically? What foolishness.
