Well that is not true. No need to add things in I have never said. Where did I post in any of my posts I am talking about as you claim "TRUE BELIEVERS"? If I have never made such claims why are you pretending I have again? Seems to be becoming a habbit with you saying things I have never said or believe.
I wasn’t quoting you.

Just answer the question. You say that you only post God’s word without commentary. So where does it say, in any translation “ALL those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will not enter the KINGDOM of HEAVEN”

I’ll wait.

Sorry I have provided you with the scripture references. I am not going to read them for you.

No you were just claiming things I have never said anywhere or believe. If I have never said these things or believe them why are you claiming on a public forum that I have said things I have never said? You can apologise if you want to. You do not have to if you do not wish to. I will leave it between you and God.

He’s talking about true believers. True believers will continue in the faith. When they wander, the Father disciplines. When they wander, the Shepherd retrieved them. The Good Shepherd would lose none that the Father gives Him.
I don't know H,
The verse I posted is very clear.
IF INDEED WE REMAIN IN THE FAITH...
This means we can LEAVE the faith.

In the parable of the lost sheep, the shepherd went looking for the sheep. Lucky for the sheep, he got there before it was killed - maybe from another animal...or before it fell off a cliff, or who knows what else; I'm sure you know about sheep.

In the parable of The Prodigal Son, instead, NO ONE went looking for the son. He had to come back on his very own.

And what did Jesus say about him?
He was DEAD and has come back to life AGAIN...
meaning the son was:
found
lost
found

Luke 15:24
Jesus told parables for a reason...each one was to teach us something about morality, salvation.

It seems like you ignore some parts of the bible.
Could you give your understanding of the Prodigal Son if you will not accept Colossians?

You don’t need to. Not a single one says what you claim. And nobody needs to take my word for it. They can see for themselves.

I never said I didn’t accept Colossians. In fact, let’s go even further.

13 When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions,
14 having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. (Colossians 2:13, NASB)

If you have been made alive, and all of your transgressions have been forgiven, and there is no more debt against you, do you honestly think that you can come up with one more thing to invalidate that?

There’s a reason that examples of children and sheep and such are given. They are to show a relationship. Relationships aren’t defined by rules, and rule keeping.

“We are all infected and impure with sin.” (Isaiah 64:6)

“we are all prisoners of sin.”
(Galatians 3:22)
“we were spiritually dead because of our sins (Ephesians 2:5)
He will save His people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:21)

Yes, of course, Jesus died for ALL of our sins!
He died for our past sins
… before we became BACs.
He died for our present sins
… that we repent of now.
He died for our future sins
… that we will repent of later.

WARNING … Either accept God’s word,
or accept the consequences! …
“For he who lacks these things (vv.5-8)
is shortsighted, even to blindness,
and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his OLD sins.” (2 Peter 1:9)

Other translations have “former sins”, “past sins”.
When you were born-again … you were forgiven of the sins you had committed in the past.
Please POST and explain ...
IF you do NOT believe the above verse!

“in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed” (Romans 3:25)

Jesus came to FREE us from the bondage
of sin, from being prisoners of sin

He came to FREE us from sinning
... so we don't HAVE to sin!
Jesus did this by giving us:
-- a new nature
-- the indwelling Holy Spirit
-- the whole word of God
-- promises that we are NO longer slaves of sin,
so we can have the confidence to overcome sin
-- the knowledge about repentance
-- promise to forgive our sins when we repent
-- also, He defeated Satan who held us in bondage/captivity

God’s PROMISES that BACs have been
SET FREE from the bondage of sin!

“that we should no longer be slaves of sin.” (Romans 6:6)
“For he who has died has been freed from sin.” (Romans 6:7)
“reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin” (Romans 6:11)
“For sin shall not have dominion over you” (Romans 6:14)
you WERE slaves of sin
(Romans 6:17 and Romans 6:20)
“And having been set free from sin” (Romans 6:18 and Romans 6:22)
free from the law of sin and death.” (Romans 8:2)
“When you came to Christ … Christ performed a spiritual circumcision —
the cutting away of your sinful nature” (Colossians 2:11)

Do you ever get tired of reading that
you are NO LONGER a slave of sin?

God’s WARNINGS to His BACs
about the dangers of sinning

● “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever
commits sin is a slave of sin.” (John 8:34)
● “Don’t you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey?
You can be a slave to sin, which leads to (spiritual) death, or you can choose to
obey God, which leads to righteous living
(i.e. righteousness).” (Romans 6:16)
● “For if you live according to the flesh,
you will die
” (Romans 8:13)
● “Do you not know that the unrighteous (sinners) will not inherit the kingdom of God?” (1 Corinthians 6:9)
● “those who practice such things (sins)
will not inherit the kingdom of God.”
(Galatians 5:21)
● “no (sinner) … has any inheritance
in the kingdom of Christ and God.”
(Ephesians 5:5)
● “for because of these things (sins)
the wrath of God comes upon the sons
of disobedience.” (Ephesians 5:6)
● “Little children, let no one deceive you … In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does NOT practice righteousness is NOT of God” (1 John 3:7-10)

God’s ANTIDOTE for any sins
committed by His precious BACs

● “But if we confess our sins to him,
he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us from all wickedness (unrighteousness).” (1 John 1:9)

This is an extremely important verse …
all men need to be repeatedly purified from
all unrighteousness – from all their sins …
We must confess our sins and turn from them …
We must also confess them with our actions …
(John) is talking here about repentance …
we must hate our sins and turn from them.

This is true repentance.
(The Applied New Testament Commentary,
1996, Dr. Thomas Hale, medical missionary)

Paul wrote this below to the Corinthian church concerning his previous letter (1 Corinthians),
in which he had rebuked them … they really needed to repent to continue to be saved !!!

“the pain (from Paul’s rebuke) caused you to repent and change your ways. It was the kind of sorrow God wants His people to have, so you were not harmed by us in any way. For the kind of sorrow God wants us
to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation.” (2 Corinthians 7:8-9)
And Paul chastises them below for
NOT repenting of their habitual sins …

“And I will be grieved because many of
you have not given up your old sins.
You have not repented of your impurity, sexual immorality, and eagerness for
lustful pleasure.” (2 Corinthians 12:21)

Actually the practice of not sinning was started in the OT with Moses' Laws. Jesus did expand on what sin is and is not. So he gave us a more accurate law. But more accurately Jesus came to free us from death and hell. We will not be without sin until we are resurrected and abide in the Holy Spirit day and night. Which is spoken of in Revelation 22:1-9. Man's fallen nature cannot be blessed with the Holy Spirit like it would be in Heaven. And that is spoken of in Genesis 6:3.

1 Corinthians 15:56
The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
Romans 5:13
13 For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

Sin is now powerless to prevent anyone from Salvation.

In fact, ONLY sinners get saved.

Why jump to Colossians 2?
We were discussing 1:21-23
You keep putting me on the defensive...
How about you reply to Colossians 1:21-23 first?
What does it mean?

As to Colossians 2:13-14
It's so easy, every Christian understands it.

Our spirit is DEAD to God UNTIL we are born again.
The second before we are born again,,,our spirit is dead to sin...You know...
For while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us...
Romans 5:8
This is HOW God demonstrated HIS LOVE for us...that He died for us sinners.

verse 14 Jesus took our list of sins and NAILED THEM to the cross. We start with a clean slate...Our spirit is alive with God's spirit.

Now, could you please exegete Colossians 1:21-23.

Thanks.

You're looking for exact words?

Could you post these exact words:
God, based on absolutely nothing, chooses who will go to heaven and who will go to hell. We can do nothing to save ourselves.

Yes, but the habitual sinners don't repent.
Because repentance means STOP sinning!
Late to the party, but this is not necessarily true. Many 'habitual' sinners are sinning out of 'compulsion' - it takes a long time for entrenched thought patterns to just disappear. Sometimes habitual sins are borne out of other problems, i.e. anxiety, depression, etc.

It's not as simply as just 'stopping' for everyone. There's a difference sometimes (perhaps even more often than not) between an unrepentant sinner and a habitual sinner.
