Hello, I'm Thomas. I recently started delving into the Word again and going back to church. I've decided on going to a local Baptist church in my town, joining a few Bible study groups and getting to know other like-minded Christians to which we can fellowship. I live in B.C., Canada and I'm 23 years old. I grew up going to a Pentecostal church but have since stopped going after I went away to college. I've come back to my hometown and after reading the Word more, I've found that perhaps a Baptist church better suits me.
I have a lot of questions around what theology and sound doctrine can look like for my everyday walk in faith. I've 'church hopped' for a few weeks just to experience the different churches in my local area - Pentecostal, Seventh Day Adventist, Anglican, Catholic - but I've felt at home in the Baptist church, though I still have questions around theology.
Anyway, I'm happy to find other Christians online and I look forward to learning more of God and His character through this forum.
