Half the battle is finding a wife that loves The Lord Jesus Christ and believes in God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) in the first place.

Look, if you want to find an Orthodox wife, go where the Orthodox are. Visit other parishes. Attend pan-Orthodox events. Pray. Be social! St Xenia of St Petersburg is a popular one for finding a spouse.
