Really? Most Christians recognize what the bible is all about---it's about love. The supreme love God has for us, the love we are to have for others and for Him.

Mat_5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Why you can't understand that they simply had not done so yet---at least it is not mentioned---they had just been created, they were getting to know their surroundings, and were getting to know this God that made them, they were just seeing each other---Adam had not even named her yet!!
