No. Because Satan was not giving a balanced interpretation of Scripture. Anyone can pull a verse out and misuse it.
Thus more than the words are required. Scripture alone is not enough.

Infallible words are not just words that cannot be false. They are also perfect words - so far as language can be perfect....

I think Bible is infallible. However, can fallible man really know it?

To say that the Bible is perfect words is not to say that the Bible gives us a complete understanding of God. Even the Bible itself tells us that it does not (Deuteronomy 29:29). But the truths that the Bible does communicate - could these things be said any better using different words? Or does the Bible use the best words?

maybe some things could be said better to some people but that is Gods job, not mine.

Of course. We do not think with our kidneys, earth is not flat with a firm dome over it, heaven is not above the firmanent, stars, moon or sun are not lights in the firmanent, stars do not fall etc.

But spiritually, nothing would change/be improved if we would use better medical/biological/atmospherical/astronomical terms.

The Bible isn't an exhaustive account of reality, and must be understood in its actual cultural context. That's the hill that conservative Reformed types choose to die on, all too often, though.

David Wagschall has discussed this on his blog, Under the Sun. Many Protestants approach the Bible with a very Greco-Roman understanding of what truth should look like, we understand it through very Greco-Roman ways of thinking, and we don't appreciate Jesus Christ, and not the Bible, as the revelation of God's son who saves us. We understand the Bible as a blueprint to build up the equivalent of our own Tower of Babel to God, with Jesus just there to hold the ladder.

When we "fill in the blanks" we are not improving upon Scripture. Rather, we are applying Scripture to new problems and new questions. Scripture cannot be improved upon, but it does need to be applied.
But if the Bible does not directly address our modern issues are we not adding to the sacred conversation (i.e., tradition)?

The Bible says enough to give us what we need to deal with any new situations that arise in any age.

Tradition is a guide, but not infallibly so.
