Mom arrested on Frontier Airlines plane after dispute over vomit on daughter's plane seat

Nope

Mom was in the right. Frontier employee was wrong.
I came to this conclusion after reading the full eye-witness report on Facebook.

Vomit is a biohazard. Flight attendant was completely in error. Instead of "Not my job" she should have just said "Please wait, we'll take care of it" and gone and find someone who it WAS their job.

They also should have followed some kind of procedure for cleanup for the minor involved who was exposed to the biohazard due to the failure of the Frontier cleanup staff.

I see multiple lawsuits coming. If the daughter (or the mom) gets sick from this, the vomit will really hit the fan.

Especially when they then took everyone off the plane in order to clean. The plane didn't leave for another 45 mins. according to the Facebook post from another passenger.

Frontier just doesn't have their act together. Just don't fly with them. Definitely don't check in any luggage you want to ever see again.

The airline was in the wrong. The mom was arrested for requesting vomit be cleaned and when it wasn't still wanting to fly on the flight that she purchased seats for? The airlines had her arrested and then took everyone off the plane so they could clean it? I hope she sues and wins.

That's awful, and I believe the other passengers along with the mother. Handed clorox wipes to clean up the puke themselves? I get the airline attendant isn't a janitor, but it's not the responsibility of the customer to clean up other people's bodily fluids either.

The statement said that “the mother and daughter were also told that once boarding was complete they would be provided other seats if available.”

According to the two witness reports (I didn't' watch the videos yet), and the mother, they did not let them move to empty seats.

I can understand the mother getting upset to be thrown off the plane because it can be hard to get the money back. She said she spent over 700 on the tickets, which is a lot of money for many.

I would be outraged, it's good she had some witnesses to back her up at least.
