Jesus want us to remember him by communion.

During Easter ---it is "the big communion "of the whole year in which we share in his Cross and Resurrection together.

The resurrection is the "real birthday " of Christ (from Jesus to Christ ), every Born-again Christian should be able to experience it.

This real birthday is the summary of Gospel and the only example of divine born again.

I thought one of the reasons we gather together every Sunday is to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus (that occurred on a Sunday), the actual day doesn't have to be treated greater or less than any other Lord's day. That's my take :)

Hmm. I guess the only reason I'm having trouble with this is that too many Christians see "communion" as something less than what Jesus intended. We remember Him all the time- what makes the paschal season- Easter, but particularly the Last Supper- so special that Jesus "eagerly desired" to eat of it with His apostles, and what was so special about this meal that He tells us to remember Him with it every time we eat of it?

Was Jesus actually born in September?

"the theory that Jesus was born in September depends on the timing of John the Baptist’s birth. These biblical facts lay the groundwork: John’s father, a priest named Zechariah, was taking his turn to serve in the temple when the angel Gabriel appeared to him and announced that Elizabeth, Zechariah’s wife, would conceive a son (Luke 1:8–13). After Zechariah returned home, his wife conceived, just as the angel had said (Luke 1:23–24). Gabriel then visited Mary to announce the miraculous conception of Jesus, and this visit came in the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy (Luke 1:26, 36). Another important detail: Zechariah “belonged to the priestly division of Abijah” (Luke 1:5).

Using the above information, the calculations are made thus: the priests in the Abijah division served from June 13—19. Assuming that Elizabeth conceived shortly after Gabriel’s announcement to Zechariah, her sixth month—the month that Gabriel visits Mary—would be December or January. Assuming that Mary conceives shortly after Gabriel’s announcement to her, Jesus would have been born nine months later, i.e., August or September."

Is this like when you became a Christian or born again or born from above and now call that your real birthday? Yeah.. doesnt work like that for Christ. He was He is He always will be. He has not Changed. I know MOVIES make Him out to be just some reg man.. but..He has always been. If one wanted to speak truth then .. He was never born.. for He has always been...

We just celebrate when He came.. was born.. when God became His creation.. and ALL heaven rejoiced! As if they stopped haha. If thats how you feel and what you personally believe.. praise GOD
