This video is from VOX and it showcases the methods used to indoctrinate and brainwash the world into believing in "deep space" and trillions of galaxies. It's all CGI

Oh, look, the guy who ran from his announcement that he would discuss a video he posted... he's back and posted a new video.

Asserting things without being willing or able to defend them, especially after claiming to be going to do... that is indoctrination.

In US Land surveys, townships are about 36 square miles. Each square mile is called a section. If you look at section boundary plats, you will find that the southern boundary is wider than the northern boundary. This is because corrections have to be made for the convergence of the meridians.

If the earth were flat, why aren't these sections perfectly square?

I thought of that argument too, but with a Flat Earth where mapping is based upon a radial map around the North Pole a similar phenomenon would be observed. They could have made a square grid, but if they did that the roads could not run North/South and East West.

Really? What is your evidence that it is CGI?

If you watched the video, they actually tell you it's CGI. All they had was data, then 4 groups set out to create an image they felt represented the data.

The 'photo' is a cartoon.

No, the data drives the image. That is by definition not CGI. The brighter areas on the image correlates to more energy received as radio signals. If you do not understand how something works you should ask. Don't jump to faulty conclusions. "I don't understand so it is fake" is never a convincing argument.

And I don't understand people claiming something is a photo when it's a subjective interpretation.

Once again, spoken like a true zealot who has no clue how the real world works. They convert the signals to a picture. If our eyes were designed to see radio waves instead of light, the picture is what we would see. If you just took an actual picture you wouldn't see anything because the naked human eye wouldn't pick up the frequencies.

Another of these things that Flerfers do not understand: CGI.

Yes, this image is generated by a computer. Based on date that another machine observed.
Does that make it fake? False?

In that case: this video is false. It is computer generated. It is CGI, and CGI is false.

Look SpaceX just launched a rocket into space again, views from multiple angles. Must be fake right? CGI?

We shouldn't jump on that bandwagon and instead try to explain (for what it is worth) the topic.

I dare say that these images from the SpaceX launch are indeed "CGI". Most modern video equipment is digital. All these images are generated by a computer. The pictures the Flerfers take with their magic P900 cameras are generated by a computer. The text on the screen that we are reading is generated by a computer.

All "CGI".

But that is not what this term is used for in the common everyday language. As most people use it, it means "the data that these images / texts are based on is not real, but invented. Virtual."

And that is not the case here or in the images of the black hole or Earth or the picture you took of your granddaughter's wedding.

So, yes, it is "CGI", because it is made by putting data into a computer and having the machine translate it into an image. It is not "CGI" as in "what we did put into the computer was conjured out of thin air."

With video equipment though the images are not created from imaging software. The images are created when they are recorded. I don't think that falls under CGI as CGI images are created by software.

How do you think these cameras work? By software. "Imaging software" is such a wide term.
So, yes, these images are "created" by software. Put a bunch of data in, get an image out.

The only question is where you get the data.

But, you are right: this is not what is usually meant when people use the term "CGI". It often implies images generated from virtual data, or images adapted and tweaked by software and software users. "Photoshopped" is a term that has come to mean "faked"... but in its core, it is nothing but what photographers have done since the invention of photography. Or what our brain does with the input of our eyes. Just different, and easier to manipulate.

But Flerfers don't get that. It is another of these things they just do not understand.
