No I didn't. You have poor reading comprehension skills, then.
Pardon me, but is this your complete post -

Read more than just the first sentence. My post continued to say:

Paul referred back to the OT and the promises made there (which includes the foretelling of the resurrection of Jesus). Also...go back to v 14 & 16 to see who Paul's audience was:

Acts 13:32-37 ~
“And now we are here to bring you this Good News. The promise was made to our ancestors, 33 and God has now fulfilled it for us, their descendants, by raising Jesus. This is what the second psalm says about Jesus:

‘You are my Son.
Today I have become your Father.’

34 For God had promised to raise him from the dead, not leaving him to rot in the grave. He said, ‘I will give you the sacred blessings I promised to David.’ 35 Another psalm explains it more fully: ‘You will not allow your Holy One to rot in the grave.’ 36 This is not a reference to David, for after David had done the will of God in his own generation, he died and was buried with his ancestors, and his body decayed. 37 No, it was a reference to someone else—someone whom God raised and whose body did not decay
I still don't see anything but Acts 13.

Gamaliel was Paul's mentor - as mentioned in Acts. He's recognized as a Christian saint (although - I wouldn't be surprised if you have an issue with the practice of recognizing sainthood).
I refer you back to the post of mine you quoted.

The good works which God prepared before that we should walk in them.

It's God who gave us the position we hold as Christians. It's God who worked the new creation in us, so that we're God's work, fashioned by God in Jesus, through whose life we've received new life.

By this new life's, we're prepared for good works, we're readied to perform such deeds as please God. These good works have been made ready and set forth by God before we ever thought of doing them.

God's the unseen Source from which the good works spring, God's power is their explanation.

By our fellowship with Jesus these good works are done. Jesus is expressed in our life. Jesus' purity appears in our lives. So glorying on our part's excluded, is never indulged in.

A Christian doesn't even boast of the good works which it is their privilege to do, knowing that it's Jesus' power in them that lets them follow Jesus' example.
For me to understand your post you have to specify exactly what these good works are.

The Old Testament pointed to the Messiah.

Just about every time Jesus spoke (what's recorded for us) a quote directly from the Old Testament - The Law, The Torah, the Pentateuch - was included (so, in my opinion, it's critically important to study the Old Testament or else one won't comprehend the second Testament).

Here is one OT prophecy that I know of that foretells of His resurrection, which proclaims eternal life (from King David):

Psalm 16:5-11 ~
5 The LORD is my chosen portion and my cup;

You have made my lot secure.

6 The lines of my boundary have fallen in pleasant places;

surely my inheritance is delightful.

7 I will bless the LORD who counsels me;

even at night my conscience instructs me.b

8 I have setc the LORD always before me.

Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

9 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;

my body also will dwell securely.

10 For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol,

nor will You let Your Holy One see decay
.

11 You have made known to me the path of life;

You will fill me with joy in Your presence

with eternal pleasures
at Your right hand
.
****************************************
ETA: Also see Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53

Jesus said (recorded in John 5:39):

"
These are the very Scriptures that testify about me"
This is a different post. Jesus discussed the law with those of His day. In those discussions Jesus did quote the law. You're trying to say anytime Jesus opened His mouth and quoted the law He is requiring Christians (His disciples) to keep the law. This is about as far from the truth as one can get.

The thread is about Jesus and His commandments so your quote is off topic. I believe all the OT. Your reference to John doesn't include the Psalms as a quote. I've no idea why you think I deny your quote from the Psalms isn't about Jesus. I don't see any relevance for the gentile Christian in it. If you're a Jew I see relevance to lead you to Jesus as Gal 3:23-25 says. It also says the law has no more purpose for both Jews and gentiles.

I understand that is a reference to what David said. NTL why you think it's important for everyone to know that is beyond me. What is recorded in Acts is enough for me. Salvation is by faith.

The context of your point is Paul was speaking to Jews maybe in the synagogue as was his custom. When you get right down to nitty gritty Acts isn't important to salvation. It's a history of the early church. Are there doctrinal items in Acts? Yes there indeed are. Can these doctrinal items be found else where in the NT? I think so.

I'd like to personalize this but I'm short on time. My quote identifies most of the disciples exhortation for holy good works that fulfill the law in you.

Yes Yes I know ADONAI. Maybe a kind mod would be able to edit that. I give permission, this time. :)

I would like to bless you all with the study I did on holiness, as defined by our Apostles. I compiled all the verses in every letter of our NT that dealt with holiness and how it pertained to 'us'. It's a long read, but it leaves quite a humbling impression on those who are seriously seeking kadosh l'adonai, holiness unto the Lord.

This is how the Apostles defined Holiness and how it applied to our relationship with God through Messiah.

Enjoy.

If you love Yeshua you will obey his commandments. We are made pure and holy by the teaching of his Word. (John)

To be cleansed from our sins we must have faith, turn from those sins, and turn to God to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. When we are filled with the Holy Spirit we will be able to preach God’s message with boldness. (Acts)

The Holy Spirit fills our hearts with God’s love. You must choose to be slaves to righteousness so that you will become holy. Those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. If the Holy Spirit controls your mind, there is life and peace. Through the power of the Holy Spirit you turn from sin and it’s evil ways. We are God’s children. We were born again by His Spirit and if His Spirit is holy and lives in us, we will be holy too. Our bodies are God’s not our own. We cannot do with them what we want, but should live a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. (Romans)

We are called by God to be his own holy people. He made us holy by means of Ha Moshiach Yeshua, just as he did all Messianics everywhere. Whoever calls on the name of Yeshua is made holy. God alone makes it possible for us to believe in Ha Moshiach Yeshua. He is the one who makes us acceptable to God. He makes us pure and holy. We are God’s temple and God’s temple is holy. Our sins have been washed away and we have been made right with God because of what Yeshua Ha Moshiach and the Spirit of Eloheinu have done for us. Again, our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in us and was given to us by God. We do not belong to ourselves. As the apostles did, so should we be proved by our purity, our understanding, our patience, our kindness, our sincere love and the power of the Holy Spirit. We are promised to Ha Moshiach as a pure pride. (Corinthians)

God gives us the Holy Spirit and miracles because we believe in the message we heard about the Messiah. Through faith we receive the promised Holy Spirit. We who are born of the Holy Spirit are persecuted by those who want us to keep the law, they live by their old sinful nature thinking they can be purified and cleansed by the law through their flesh, rather than the Spirit. We live according to our new life in the Holy Spirit, not doing what our old sinful nature craves. The old sinful nature loves to do evil, which is opposite from what the Holy Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are opposite from the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, and our choices are never free from this conflict. But when we are directed by the Holy Spirit, we are no longer subject to the law. When we followed the desires of our sinful nature, our lives produced; sexual immorality, impure thought, eagerness for lustful pleasures. But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives, he will produce this kind of fruit in us; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. But we are living now by the Holy Spirit, we should follow the Holy Spirits leading in every part of our lives. (Galatians)

God loves us and through Yeshua we are holy and without fault. When we believed in Yeshua, he made us his own and gave us his Holy Spirit. We who believe in Yeshua are becoming a holy temple for God. We are a new person created in God’s likeness, righteous holy and true. We should not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way we live. We can be sure that no immoral, impure, or greedy person will inherit the Kingdom of the Messiah and of God. Greedy people are really idolaters who worship the things of this world. But we should let the Holy Spirit fill and control us. Because Yeshua gave up his life for us to make us holy and clean, washed by the Word of God to present us as his glorious people without spot or wrinkle, holy and without fault. (Ephesians)

What really matters is that we live pure and blameless lives until Messiah returns. We are to live clean, innocent lives as children of God in a dark world full of crooked and perverse people. Letting our lives shine brightly before them. Fixing our thoughts on what is true and honorable and right. Thinking about things that are pure and lovely and admirable. Things that are excellent and worthy of praise. (Philippians)

We are God’s own holy people. And as the holy people whom he loves, we must clothe ourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. (Colossians)

When we stand before God our Father our hearts will be strong, blameless and holy because of Messiah. God wants us to be holy, so we should keep clear of all sexual sin. God has called us to be holy, not to live impure lives. Our whole spirit, soul, and body are kept blameless by the Elohay of peace till the day when our Lord Yeshua the Messiah comes again to receive glory and praise from his holy people. We thank God for this salvation that comes through the Spirit who makes us holy and by our belief in the truth. (Thessalonians)

All Christians should be filled with love that comes from a pure heart, a clear conscience, and sincere faith. Free from anger and controversy. We are not to participate in the sins of other but keep ourselves pure. It is God who saved us and chose us to live a holy life. Keep yourself pure and God can use you for his purpose. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready to be used for every good work. Pursue faith and love and peace, and enjoy the companionship of those who call on God with pure hearts. (Timothy)

Live wisely and pure and you will not bring shame on the Word of God. Because Yeshua gave his life for us we are free from every kind of sin, cleansed and made his very own people, totally committed to doing what is right. We are saved not because of the good things we did, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins and gave us new life through the Holy Spirit. (Titus)

Yeshua died to cleanse us from the stain of sin. Yeshua makes us holy which allows us to have the same Father. Our Father wants us to be holy, and we are holy by the sacrifice of the body of Yeshua the Messiah once for all time. Because of Yeshua sacrifice we can go right into the presence of God, with true hearts fully trusting him. Because our evil consciences have been sprinkled with the Messiah's blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed. So, we should live in peace with everyone, and seek to live a clean and holy life, for those who are not holy will not see God. (Hebrews)

We must care for those who are in trouble, and refuse to let the world corrupt us. Wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and good deeds. It shows no partiality and is always sincere. Friendship with this world makes us an enemy of God. If our aim is to enjoy this world, we can’t be a friend of God. The Holy Spirit that God has placed in us jealously longs for us to be faithful. He gives us strength to stand against such evil desires. (James)

The Spirit has made us holy. As a result, we have obeyed Yeshua the Messiah and are cleansed by his blood. So be truly glad! There is wonderful joy ahead, even though it is necessary for us to endure many trials for a while. These trials are only to test our faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold, yet far more precious to God than mere gold. If our faith remains strong after being tried, it will bring us much praise and glory and honor on the day when Yeshua the Messiah is revealed to the world. So think clearly and exercise self-control. Look forward to the return of Yeshua the Messiah. But now we must be holy in everything we do, just as God, who chose us to be his children is holy. We must be holy because God is holy. We have sincere love for each other because we were cleansed from our sins when we accepted the truth about Yeshua the Messiah. Do not forget that God has cleansed us from our old life of sin. Everything around us is going to vanish but what is holy. So what holy, godly lives we should be living! And while we are waiting for this to happen, we should make every effort to live a pure and blameless life. And be at peace with God. (Peter)

All who believe they are Gods’s children keep themselves pure, just as the Messiah is pure. (1 John)

For me to understand your post you have to specify exactly what these good works are.

Sorry ace, I don't fully know God's mind.

Not a single thing in the NT promotes the law. If you think some passage does, at least reference it and we can talk about it.

Yeshua quotes Torah many times...here are a couple but there are many more...

Matthew 5:17-20

Mark 10:19

Matthew 22:37-39

Matthew 19:16-20

Here He quotes from it 4 times to defeat haSatan.
Matthew 4:4-10

Matthew 5:27-30 Here He actually makes it even stricter!

You follow them and I'll follow Jesus. I'm not interested in your match. I love the truth and you want me to abandon it. No way because I've got a much better deal with Jesus than you do with the law. Heb 8:6

I do follow Yeshua. You did not read nor understand what I wrote. You claim things that are not true, yet you say you love the truth...Yeshua called people like that hypocrites...

These things were invented because there is no Temple and there are no Temple sacrifices at the present...

Heb 10:16 "THIS IS THE COVENANT THAT I WILL MAKE WITH THEM AFTER THOSE DAYS, SAYS THE LORD: I WILL PUT MY LAWS INTO THEIR HEARTS, AND IN THEIR MINDS I WILL WRITE THEM,"
Heb 10:17 then He adds, "THEIR SINS AND THEIR LAWLESS DEEDS I WILL REMEMBER NO MORE."
(Quoted from the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34.)
Heb 10:18 Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin.

The timeline of the Messiah's arrival is found below in Daniel chapter 9, which would occur before the second temple was destroyed.

if you believe that the work of God Is by The Commandments found in the law then you will be condemned for not keeping them.

If you believe we can simply disregard God’s commandments you will be condemned for disobedience. What is the most important commandment? What about these verses?

I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned.

John 15:1-6

When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

Galatians 5:19-21

Even now the ax of God’s judgment is poised, ready to sever the roots of the trees. Yes, every tree that does not produce good fruit will be chopped down and thrown into the fire.

Matthew 3:10

Nothing evil will be allowed to enter, nor anyone who practices shameful idolatry and dishonesty—but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

Revelation 21:27

Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people. Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes—these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God. You can be sure that no immoral, impure, or greedy person will inherit the Kingdom of Christ and of God. For a greedy person is an idolater, worshiping the things of this world. Don’t be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins, for the anger of God will fall on all who disobey him.

Ephesians 5:3-6

But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left. “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’ “Then the King will turn to those on the left and say, ‘Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons. For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink. I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home. I was naked, and you didn’t give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’ “Then they will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?’ “And he will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’ “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.

Matthew 25:31-46

Jesus replied, “The Son of Man is the farmer who plants the good seed. The field is the world, and the good seed represents the people of the Kingdom. The weeds are the people who belong to the evil one. The enemy who planted the weeds among the wheat is the devil. The harvest is the end of the world, and the harvesters are the angels. “Just as the weeds are sorted out and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the world. The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will remove from his Kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. And the angels will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in their Father’s Kingdom. Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand!

Matthew 13:37-43

A faithful, sensible servant is one to whom the master can give the responsibility of managing his other household servants and feeding them. If the master returns and finds that the servant has done a good job, there will be a reward. I tell you the truth, the master will put that servant in charge of all he owns. But what if the servant is evil and thinks, ‘My master won’t be back for a while,’ and he begins beating the other servants, partying, and getting drunk? The master will return unannounced and unexpected, and he will cut the servant to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matthew 24:45-51

All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children. “But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars—their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.

Revelation 21:7-8

Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me. But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea. “What sorrow awaits the world, because it tempts people to sin. Temptations are inevitable, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting. So if your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one hand or one foot than to be thrown into eternal fire with both of your hands and feet. And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.

Matthew 18:3-10

Notice these verses apply to everyone not just unbelievers.

Really? You don't even reference any NT passages and refer to Hillel, not Yeshua (Jesus). I just don't see your claim validating you follow Jesus.

I don’t see anyone saying we must keep the law to be saved. What I see is everyone saying we cannot disregard God’s commandments and expect to receive salvation.

The Christian has already passed the judgment and passed in to eternal life - JN 5:24.

If you want to discuss the following passages you posted, feel free to do so.
