Praying for the Persecuted Church

Praying with you that God will bring His peace in North Korea

Heavenly Father we pray for those who are being persecuted and are suffering today as we enjoy our fellowship here. In North Korea and Afganistan there is resistance to the work the Holy Spirit wants to do. We pray that good will triumph over evil

Strengthen the hearts of the persecuted today. Quicken our hearts to pray for them today!

Thanks for starting this thread. For many years the Holy Spirit has led me to pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ.

I know you're covering North Korea right now, probably the worst place on earth for Christians, but a few years ago, I read the book Heavenly Man by Brother Yun, a persecuted Chinese underground church leader. He has a wonderful testimony!

On one hand, we could think it unconscionable to not bear with the burdens and suffer as though it were we ourselves, for “when one member suffers, all the members suffer with it ” (1 Corinthians 12:26)

The great wrath the enemy uses these days is his own insane struggle to gain head-count by fear, so much as we know, the NT Church fled often from has only been compounded.

At this point, the only affection we hold is for Jesus and what “God has prepared for them that love Him” still isn’t bad enough to be thought worthy to compare,

Praying for the persecuted church in China. May the Holy Spirit strengthen the Christians there and give them His peace and provision.

Agreeing with these here Lord for those who are our brothers and sisters in China. Mark out their lives Lord and order their steps each and every day and may there be a mighty harvest that becomes orchestrated for the least to the greatest, by and to the glory of Your power!

We pray for all who persecuted for the name of Jesus that You will give them grace and strength in every adverse situation.

Forgive me Lord when I forget to pray for my persecuted brothers and sisters. Come to their aid and protect them!

Praying for the persecuted church in India. May many more come to faith there,despite opposition.
