And witchcraft is a sin as rebellion is compared to the "sin of witchcraft" in the bible

1 Samual 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft,...

Witchcraft is evil, in the site of the lord.

In 2 Chronicles 33:2 it says that Manasseh " did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD." In the following verses it list a bunch of things that were evil in the site of the lord. Part of that was 33:6

Now THAT has to be the BEST argument for playing warcraft I've ever heard. Well, I guess maybe just put the best way. See the thing is, I'm not familiar with "Pagan" magic. So when I see witchcraft, which includes magic in it's definition, I look at it in a broad sense. So in that respects I could be wrong for rebuking WoW.

But, the verses just says magic, not pagan magic. I think assuming it's pagan magic is an ok assumption, but so is assuming all magic.

So you got me thinking here a little bit. Guess it's time to put "pagam" magic on my long list of things to study

Y'know, in the short time I have on the computer on most nights I'm usually more focused on actually PLAYING THE GAME as opposed to just sitting around trying to gather reagents for my professions.

And I haven't updated that signature in a long time, so I'd better get on that soon.

After the new update, Pally's.... are too overpowered. I can kill a monster a couple of lvls above me in 4 hits. Dare I alert Blizzard of this new fact, or just run with the power?

Well, I used to argue that Harry Potter was evil. I still dont think I'm convinced its not. But when you spend 1000+ pages trying to argue your point and seeing other people's points, you can actually look into the world of what magic is created (like disney Fairy Godmothers) and what magic is taken from real, actual ritual witchcraft. So I had a look into it, and really, On a much more advanced scale, Mana is nothing more than a creation.

Just run with it while you still can, practically every class is OP now, people were complaining about retadins over Horde trade chat on Thaurissan last night and someone mentioned every class got OP'd, perhaps unintentionally.

If it was unintended on Blizzard's part, they'll "fix" it in time, but when every class is OP, no class is OP.

Its only bad for you if it hurting your relationship with God.

There are some negative things about the game... how addictive it can be, losing time you could spend doing more important things...

These characters aren't real, they don't worship God or Satan because THEY DO NOT EVEN EXIST. They are walking artwork.

WoW is evil. I played it for 10 to 11 years. It is loaded with witchcraft and occultic symbolism. It opens up doorways for demonic posession. I have had encounters with real demons. Why do you think it is so addictive?. Christian are not supposed to be part of this world. We need to seperate ourselves from the world. I would warn you as a former player to stay far away from that game. God's people should have no part in it.

I used to play WOW years ago but I didn't get addicted to it. I just gradually lost interest in it and moved on. Perhaps it was a way that the Lord spoke to me back then.

I don't think anyone should feel ashamed of it and should ask the Lord to speak to us.
