You are still a child. Never forget this. Like a child, trust Him, and seek Him, and be with Him. Demand his attention. Live with Him. Our Heavenly Daddy always takes us back.

He never stopped loving you, nor he ever will, remember that.

I have gone through something similar; I think everyone has. It can be so hard to resist temptation sometimes. Push yourself to pray, read Scripture, go to church, etc., even if you don't feel that hunger for the Spirit in your heart just yet, if you keep good habits and leave your heart open God will bless you in so many ways and pour out so much love and grace onto you that you can't deny it. push away from the things that make you shameful. focus on Jesus and he will guide you in the right direction. praying for you <3
