When someone prays, but they don't trust God to do it, but force their will to make it happen, sometimes with the pretense of a scripture passage ... it's basically a spell since God is left out of the equation. God responds to trust and faith, not our wills.

If I start to get this sense that someone is "praying about me" it's because this is what happened, they projected their thoughts to try and change me instead of trusting God to do His thing via sanctification on His timetable.

I am under no obligation to provide any links as I am not writing a book here, it's simply a discussion. I would recommend people familiarize themselves with these false teachers, just enough to know who they are so they may stay away from them.

I tend to be a benefit of the doubt kind of guy. Of course, Jesus doesn't need to ask for forgiveness but I don't have that Seth guy in front of me to ask him what he really meant by the words and to affirm key points of doctrine. The "what we believe" section of Bethel seems fine so I must assume that Seth agrees and follows this same SoF and all things he says are through the lens of the SoF of the church, that's why I'm being light on him but then again it's just 3 min of video so what really can that say?

I'm someone can pull up the church's constitution and bylaws and perhaps get to some more meatier sections of what their values.
